The garden is closed and private (400 m2) no vis avis little passage the road serves only a dozen houses path nearby (50 meters) with little passage ideal for cycling with beginners who will have on-site bike adapted to each age from tricyle through the bike with small wheels up to MTB woman and man equipped baby seat ..
