Spacious studio apartment located in the heart of Downtown Marquette. Private entrance with a separate fully equipped kitchen and separate full bathroom including a bathtub. The main room has a queen size bed and a full size futon. There is also a desk for a work space. All linens are included. You are one block from 3rd street and 3 blocks from Washington St so walking to restaurants, shops, breweries and bars along these two main arteries of Marquette is an easy stroll. NMU, Lake Superior, Lower Harbor and the hospital are also within walking distance. Perfect landing pad to explore Marquette. Enjoy the spectacular IMBA Bronze level mountain biking trails; immaculately groomed cross country ski tails; multiple hiking trails; kayaking; canoeing; paddle boarding; sandy beaches. Great for business travelers, solo, couples or small families. High speed WIFI included. This is an upstairs apartment.

Nice location near NMU and shopping. Exactly as described. Quiet, didn’t hear any neighbors. I’ve stayed at many hotels in the area while visiting our daughter at NMU. Paid lots more at the hotels and couldn’t even get a continental breakfast or coffee. Here, you can make your own.

We enjoyed our stay and would book again. Host is responsive and helpful. Apartment is charming - modern yet a step back in time with the narrow curving stairs and moldings that took me back to my grandparents house. Kitchen well appointed, the bed was comfortable, the futon is in need of replacement. Room darkening shades and a lamp on the kitchen table for reading and playing games would be a nice addition. Location is great, just one block off 3rd street shops and restaurants.

This is a lovely rental! We stayed here for graduation weekend and would stay here again. VERY comfortable mattress, nice kitchen, great shower, and the entire place was very clean. Excellent location that is easily walkable to Third Street Bagel (very yummy), Black Rocks Brewery, and Washington Avenue corridor. Highly Recommend.
