Kitchen has a stove, fridge, sink & dining table w/ chairs, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, microwave & coffee maker w/ filters. Bathroom equipped w/a shower, towels & toilet paper. Air conditioning in summer. Plowed parking & shoveling in winter. Laundry in basement. This apartment is a mile or so from Lake Superior beaches & Lower Harbor. Directly across the street from Blackrock's Brewery, Third St Bagel, Sweet Water Cafe & Downwind Sports. This is a really great place to stay. The beds are super comfortable. The host was very responsive and giving us all of our check-in information. If you love black rocks brewery this is the place for you to stay because it is literally right across the street. Just sad that this place is not available for our next trip
