Awesome!!
A previous review cited a number of negatives, so we were a little leery about renting here initially. That reviewer was accurate about a small hole in a wall near an outlet and unpainted spots in the bathroom walls, but sheets and towels were fine. The place could use a deep cleaning and new window treatments. None of those issues precluded us from having a wonderful month! And Susan was a fabulous, super-competent, and responsive manager who was delightful to with!!
Would have rented again next year if we could have!

The Community of the Sanctuary is absolutely beautiful and lovely. Unfortunately, this unit is extremely dated, including bedding, towels and appliances. We had to contact the property manager for towels and sheets because they were gross. Unpainted walls, even a hole in a wall.
