I am a business owner in S. Florida and I have been vacationing with my family in nearby Naples for many years. Earlier this year we purchased this property as our weekend / summer home, putting in a significant amount of time and effort to make this our ideal getaway.
Why they chose this property
When we decided to buy property in Naples we had a long list of criteria: spacious living space, serenity of an upscale gated community, proximity to beach and shops, golf, tennis and most importantly, charm. After searching the area extensively for over a year, we believed we found all of the above at Clermont in Pelican Marsh.
What makes this property unique
Our carriage house in Clermont brings together all the best that Naples has to offer: A spacious 1st floor accommodations that lives like a resort villa in an upscale community, proximity to beach and other top attractions, restaurants, upscale shops.
