This 2 bedroom 2 bath 1220 square foot house sits on about a half acre of land right on Birch lake with a beautiful sandy beach with a gradual slope in the water great for recreation water sports. Outfitted with a dock, it is the perfect place to vacation. The house is newly remolded with an upgraded master bath and walk in showers with newly remolded kitchen with quartz counter tops and a separate utility room with washer and dryer. Bathrooms are large and spacious. Living room has big screen TV and there are two large picture windows facing the lake for great views. The two rooms have queen size beds with lots of space. The house has Wifi for guests to use.
