Lake Michigan Home with gorgeous views, great spot for family or golf retreat

Our beautiful lakefront home is perfect for a relaxing retreat! Minutes to downtown Sheboygan, downtown Kohler with 5 star PGA championship golf courses (Black Wolf Run, Whistling Straits, The Bull of Pinehurst), and sand dunes/beach of Kohler Andrae State Park. All linens, towels, toiletries are provided. Kitchen comes fully stocked with pots/pans, spices, etc. Coffee is provided to make sure you wake up early to enjoy the stunning sunrises! Pack light and make your travel plans hassle free with many amenities provided.

Recently updated gourmet kitchen with picture windows overlooking Lake Michigan. The huge open concept kitchen/family room provides the ideal space for hanging out. Enjoy the large backyard with oversized firepit and built in outdoor grill (we have a gas one as well!). Some noteworthy house details include marble kitchen backsplash, granite countertops, custom built cabinetry, gas-fired wall inserted fireplace, reclaimed tobacco barnwood flooring, and Kohler fixtures throughout.

New in 2024 is our large hillside overlook deck! Newly renovated lower level recreational/movie room and 2 new lower level bedrooms!

Rest easy with sleeping arrangements for 14+ (a queen sized air mattress is also available in the master walk-in closet)

It’s a 10 out of 10. Everything is so beautiful, big windows for view of lake. We had a bonfire and listened to the waves and looked at the stars. Had cocktails on balcony overlooking lake in the afternoon and also watched the sunrise. The house is decorated beautifully and it has all the things needed that you would have in your house. We were a group of 8 and we all had our own bed , except for the 2 gals in the master

The house is deceptive - so spacious inside you’d never know from the street view. The lake view is, of course, great. The kitchen and living areas are fabulous. The beds were all comfortable. Our only - very slight - issue is that the basement bedrooms may be good for kids, maybe not as great for adults. We also had to chuckle that we didn’t even see one of the basement bedrooms at first. It’s so tucked behind the laundry room we thought there were only four bedrooms instead. This was a minor concern and everything ended up just fine and really enjoyed the stay.

Had a wonderful time at this well-equipped house. Enjoyed the fire pit for some mores and the deck for relaxing. Very clean except for the oven which smoked up the kitchen when turned on. Handrails on every stairway. Would suggest rubber mats for shower stalls and the beautiful bathtub and shower in the master suite. Loved the proximity to everything including the local community golf course, the beach, and the ice cream parlor on the pier.

Why they chose this property

The views of Lake Michigan are simply stunning! Guests have plenty of space, with cozy bedrooms on 3 levels. Perfect home for family gatherings, girls' weekends, or guys golf getaways! Newly renovated lower level movie/rec room with an addition of a new large bedroom making our house 5 bedrooms and 7 total beds for your full comfort.

What makes this property unique

Fully stocked, ready for guests to enjoy! We love spending time at our lakehouse, and pay attention to details to ensure our guest feel welcome and have a fantastic time too! We want everyone to enjoy their time with family and friends, and not have to worry about finding somewhere to pick up paper towels. There is a nearby grocery store, but nobody wants to waste precious vacation minutes buying household essentials. :)
