Why they chose this property

Perfect place for tourists, this location is just like a vacation area! Just a hundred meters from the beach. It's a beautiful, open, safe and clean location. You can find seafood, sandwiches, ice place, playground and even bathroom on the beach just few steps away from this house.

The house is new construction, very nice, clean, quite, safe location. Just 1 mile away you can find restaurants, pizza, desert shops, and groceries.
With our new and comfortable mattresses that will give your family a very nice sleep in. All sheets, linens, comforters, pillows cases, towels, blankets will be washed. Kitchen, living room, bathroom will be cleaned before you check in.

The apartment has a lot of windows. Large family space. Nice patio and Garden
The entire unit will be yours with a keypad to enter.

What makes this property unique

The entire floor will be yours, all bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area, bathroom are on the same floor! It’s a large apartment. Quincy is close to everywhere and close to Boston and other places .Downtown Quincy is also beautiful has been updated recently. Quincy is a beautiful city! People around are nice and polite. It's a safe location that you can walk outside at night. Wollaston Beach has a very long shore drive and big clean side walk for visitors and plenty of parking.
The Transportation is just few steps away that you can take the bus to the subway or you can uber will bring you to Boston. Quincy is close by to everywhere, 15min to Boston. Stores near by that you can walk and pick up goods and wines.
Just 1 mile away, you can find different type of restaurants, desert places, pizza shops, bars and groceries.
I love Quincy and I believe that your family will have a wonderful time here!

You can see some part of the beach from the window in the living, few hundred yards away!
Seafoods, sandwiches, icecream and play ground is on the beach!
