The house was perfectly located for our visit. Super clean, had everything we needed, and super comfy beds. The kitchen is well-appointed and it was very helpful having an in-unit laundry.
The host was extremely helpful and responsive to anything we needed during out stay. The location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms was a perfect match for our group! Street parking (even after a snowstorm!) was not a problem.
An excellent experience -- the unit was well-appointed and everything was functioning well. The location was excellent with easy, free street parking. Was surprised to find two rollaway beds, one of which we used. The two upstairs (and one downstairs) bathrooms were very helpful. Coffee and filters were in the kitchen! Host communications were timely and helpful. Highly recommended.
This is a great apartment - really comfortable beds, plenty of accommodation and very clean and tidy - plus plenty of crockery and good kitchen facilities. It’s just under a 10 minute walk to the T and then straight into the city in a short journey or you can walk for about 20 mins and reach the Museum of Fine Art, so a great location. Check in was easy and the staff were really responsive to questions.
Communication was excellent! Step stairs and 2 large hills from walk to T so be aware of that. Free on street parking. Very clean and worked out well for us
House was as advertised and we appreciated having the four rooms and three bathrooms available for our families. Note that you walk in on the level of the three bed/two bathrooms and take a flight of stairs down to the living area, kitchenette and Master. Not an issue, just different. There was central heat but the downstairs doesn’t warm up easily with the rest of the house. There were two space heaters to make up for that which worked well. Showers were good with great water pressure. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The walk to Roxbury Crossings station was very convenient and took maybe 8 minutes each way. Note that it’s uphill going to the apartment. We enjoyed that but some might find that challenging. One thing out of everyone’s control was that we had other guests staying in the apartment above ours. They partied pretty late into the nights and you could hear voices, furniture being moved, toilettes flushing and steps up and down the stairs a LOT. Overall, this was a winner and we would stay here again!

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. I am glad the home worked well for your families and that you enjoyed the amenities and location. I appreciate your notes on the layout, heating, and neighborhood, and I am happy to hear the space heaters helped. We would be delighted to host you again anytime.
One parent and three teenagers in town for college tours. The location was “20” minutes via uber which was great. Everyone had room to decompress at the end of the day. Showers were great and beds were super comfortable. We will strongly consider staying there again for our next visit.
This house in a very family friendly neighborhood in Boson was very accommodating for me, my 2 children, and their 2 friends. We drove up after a few days of skiing in the Poconos in PA as a part of our winter vacation. I had to buy a snow shovel and ice melt for that house in the Poconos, and brought extra ice melt to Boston just in case. But I didn't even need it. They had ice melt and a snow shovel there just in case. This house had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed aside from a Keurig for the Starbucks Espresso K cups we had with us.I was worried about the street parking before we got there, but never had an issue finding free street parking right out front or within less than a minute walk. I imagine that could be an issue when they have street cleaning in that neighborhood, but we didn't have to worry about that for the 3 days we were there.
Friends and family headed to Boston for our annual baseball trip. The location was good, had access to public transit that some used, but most of us used Uber to get where we needed to go. Fenway 30USD for an 6 person XL. The accommodations were great, large comfortable beds, 3 full bathrooms which was really nice and a good central place to hang out as a group went needed. Very quick and helpful responses when needed. Would definitely recommend and definitely come back.
