Ideally located for a holiday without a car. 30 m from the covered market, 100 m from the pedestrian street and 300 m from the central beach while being quiet (at the bottom of a small dead end) the only noise you hear in the evening is the sound of the waves! The area is very quiet while being in the heart of the city.
A garage attached to the house can accommodate a vehicle. The teens will be independent and the little ones will be secure thanks to a small, well-closed garden. The accommodation is classified furnished tourism 3 ***
Cleaning and household linen (sheets and towels) are included in the rental.

A charming little spot!

My husband and I were visiting family in Soulac. The house was perfect for us and such an outstanding location. The owner was lovely and very helpful. A charming little home in an ideal location. Lunch and dinners on the patio enjoying the sun was perfect. House well suited for young family as well. All in all a great find! thank you Beatrice! 😊

Très belle endroit

Un petit paradis dans le centre de Soulac. Une maison spacieuse, confortable, loin du bruit. Une terrasse très agréable qui baigne dans le soleil toute la journée. Très bien placée - 10 minutes à pieds de la mer, 2 minutes à pieds du supermarché.De plus, les hôtes sont très gentils et attentionnés.Eine ruhige, sonnige Oase im Zentrum von Soulac, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet.Günstig gelegen, die Küste und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen, auch der Bahnhofs liegt in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé un super petit séjour dans une maison de ville très agréable. Elle se situe dans un quartier calme à 2 pas de la rue commerçante et de la plage. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très avenants. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture car il y a tout à proximité Nous reviendrons !!!

Hôte charmants et très accueillants, maison très fonctionnelle et excellemment placée dans le centre de Soulac. On pose la voiture et on fait tout à pied ! Le rêve ! Je recommande vivement cet hébergement pour les familles avec enfants et adolescents. Vraiment parfait !

Belle maison très bien située

Maison très bien située à proximité de toutes commodités avec une terrasse agréable, bien équipée. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis, les rafraichissements étaient bienvenus! Nous recommandons ces hôtes!

Maison très bien située (juste à côté du marché couvert, des commerces et boutiques et à 5 min de la plage), très fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre car beaucoup de lumière. les propriétaires sont adorables et ils ont pensé à tout dans la maison. Cette maison a également beaucoup de charme et tout est confortable.
