New house just steps from the ocean

A large living room with open kitchen and large central island, a dining area and a lounge area. This room opens onto a large terrace with table for 10 people, deckchairs, parasol and a closed garden of 500 m2.
Your stay will be easily at good temperature with digital system to heat or cool each room independently!
3 bedrooms of 12 m2: Bedroom 1 with a King Size bed, Bedroom 2 with a normal double bed and Bedroom 3 with 2 bunk beds and two drawer beds (with classic mattresses)
At the end of a dead end, calm.
A sandy path leads you to the beach and a health trail !!
The city center is 10 minutes walk and a City Stadium is 10 minutes too.
A supermarket is 1 km from the house.

Very nice house, with a great terrace, ideally located near the ocean

This house is really nice, very functional, with a great terrace where we enjoyed all our meals. Its location is just fabulous : at the extremety of a small "dead end", with a little path to the ocean, with the sound of the waves in the distance. In 2 minutes literally the ocean was in front of us, with Soulac's wonderful sunsets. We were very well greeted, had all necessary information prior our arrival, the house is very well equipped so we had a perfect stay there for 12 days :-) Laurence

Aufgrund des ersten Stromausfalls konnte das Haus nicht fristgerecht geputzt und damit von uns erst 2 h später bezogen werden. Es war jedoch sehr sauber - Danke Jaqueline!Aufgrund von Regenfällen und sonstigen unbekannten Ursachen kam es weitere 5x zu längeren Stromausfällen - sehr ärgerlich, da Licht, kühl-/Gefrierschrank und Heizung ausfielen, oft auch mitten in der Nacht…. Der Vermieter telefonierte jedesmal sofort und gab uns Infos , erstattete uns 1,5 Tagesmieten - sehr kulant!Das Haus selbst ist modern wie beschrieben, aber es bedarf einiger Auffrischungen (Vermieter versprach Beseitigung ). Es liegt sehr schön in absoluter Ruhe und direkter Nähe zum Strand , dichter Baumwuchs verhindern nach unserem Geschmack jedoch Helligkeit im Haus und Sonne auf der Terrasse ( Vermieter möchte auch hier Abhilfe schaffen). Ansonsten war der Vermieter sehr kooperativ, immer erreichbar und seine „ verlängerte Hand“ Jaqueline immer sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein entspannender und entschleunigender Aufenthalt außerhalb der Saison!

Moderne Ausstattung allerdings renovierungsbedürftig! Der Bezug des Sofas ist sehr kaputt. Die Küche, vor allen Dingen die Dunstabzugshaube muss dringend gründlich gereinigt werden! Insgesamt ist die Wohnung und der Aussenbereich trotzdem sehr schön. Die Lage ist super! Der Strand ist ganz nah nur durch die Dünen. Den Ort kann man in 20 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichen.

Modernes Ferienhaus direkt hinter den Dünen

Freundliches modern ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit großer Terrasse. Der Strand ist über einen Weg durch die Dünen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr angenehm ist die unabhängige Klimatisierung der einzelnen Räume . Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt.

Meer pur

Ein wunderbares Haus inmitten der Dünen - einfach traumhaft. Wir haben das Haus mit 5 Personen bewohnt. Auch ein Freund/eine Freundin hätte noch Platz gehabt. Alles ist neu und modern (Ikea-Stil) eingerichtet; und die Klimaanlage ist für ganz heiße Tage auch prima. Wir kommen gern wieder!
