Our pool is open all year and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
2 free private parking spots and 2 FULL bathrooms. Located in downtown.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, ONSITE PARKING IS FREE.
The interior of this upstairs apartment (with an inside staircase leading directly to pool area) has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and mattresses.
2 KING beds
The pool area has launch chairs, umbrellas and dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TVs in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
The apartment is equipped with 2 full baths. One that includes a tub/shower combination and one bathroom with a shower.

The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in the apartment with detergent for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils.
We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the front door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

The host thought of everything. Coffee/creamer/sugar, enough towels/paper towels, dish towels, detergents and soaps... The apt was very spacious and clean. The pool area was very cozy. My sisters and i really enjoyed our stay. If ever we visted St. Augustine we will definitely stay here again.

Owners Kirsten and Michael have been married for 35 years and have two wonderful children, Karen and Thomas at the ages 30 and 25. We have been fortunate and had the opportunity to live in in many different places throughout the US and overseas and now we live in St. Augustine.

Why they chose this property

The fully renovated apartments and central location was attractive for us as we were looking at various properties. St. Augustine has a festive atmosphere and is full of happy vacationers which we really like, but for us the possibility for an active lifestyle with ample opportunity to walk and bike safely all over the city has been the greatest incentive to purchase a home in this area.
