Luxury 5 Bedroom Promontory Golf Club Cabin

This beautiful 5,275 square foot Remington-model Golf Club Cabin has been recently updated and professionally decorated. Our home has room to sleep 12 people comfortably.

The home’s main level features an expanse of windows, which look out onto open space. The large great room includes a living room area and dining table seating up to 10 people and is perfect for entertaining family and friends. Bordering the great room is a deck featuring a built-in Viking grill, dining table and an outdoor, gas fireplace and another deck with seating on which to enjoy the sunset in a peaceful environment. The kitchen has a 6 burner Viking stove plus griddle, two full size fridge freezers and two dishwashers. There is seating for 4 at the counter plus 3 additional seats at the island counter.

Also, on the main level is the primary suite with a king sized bed, flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom with double vanity and large armoires for storage of guests’ clothing and suitcases. An additional large suite on this level also features a king sized bed and adjoining bathroom with double vanity and walk in closet. The laundry room and powder bath complete the main level. Above the main level is a small loft area with a table and chairs, perfect on which to play board games or work on puzzles! There is also a desk area great for anyone who needs to supplement his or her vacation with a little telecommuting.

The family friendly lower level has a built-in bar area with a beverage refrigerator, dishwasher, gas fireplace, pool table, shuffleboard, retro video game console and flat screen TV. The L-shaped sofa is made to fall asleep in while watching movies.

There are three downstairs bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. One has a king-sized bed, the second has two twin beds and the last is a bunkroom with two sets of bunk beds. The patio off the downstairs family room features a 6 person Jacuzzi and a built-in fire pit (fire pit not available in winter months).

The entertainment system in the home includes three 4K Samsung TVs with cable service, Blu-ray players, Apple TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi. There is Sonos throughout the home and on the decks.

The below facilities are NOT available to unaccompanied guests but, if you will be the guests of family or friends who are Promontory members, this should help you to understand your location within the community. Our cabin is centrally located within a 5-minute walk of the main Promontory Club facilities, including the Ranch Club Compound, Pete Dye Canyon golf course and clubhouse, The Shed and Kids’ Cabin. Between these various facilities you’ll find swimming pools, a spa, multiple restaurants, an arts and crafts studio, a 50-seat movie theater, an ice rink, a two-lane bowling alley, a game arcade, and a health club and exercise facilities. A short, 5-minute drive away is the Beach Club, with a pool and small lake during the summer or the tubing hill with the magic carpet and hot cocoa during the winter.

Promontory also has a fishing lake and miles of walking and biking trails accessible to anyone, including nonmembers.

Housekeeping services can be included during the stay for an additional fee. Security deposit required. No pets or smoking at any time. The security deposit is fully forfeited for violation of pet or smoking rules.
