Family home in secluded neighborhood approximately 2 miles from the Mississippi State University (MSU) campus. Includes 2 true master bedrooms with private bathrooms; 2 spacious bedrooms which share a bathroom; a study/office with single bed; and a recreational room with a futon sleeper. The property sleeps 13 people comfortably and is to be used for overnight stays + relaxation. Outdoor spaces include spacious covered front porch, covered back deck/patio, large pool, outdoor kitchen, large charcoal barbecue pit, .5 bath, lake(no fishing), small fire pit, and 3.5 acres of lot/yard space. Public transportation pick-up spot to and from MSU or downtown Starkville for sporting, arts, or entertainment events is located just outside the neighborhood (under .5 mile). Family House is a spacious, secluded, lovely, humbly-appointed home with decor affectionately referred to as "Cracker Barrel" style. Items in the home are curated from family keepsakes that tell a stories of the ancestors of the homeowners.

Enjoyed our stay at this very conveniently located home! We shared the house w another family for the Thanksgiving Holiday and the Egg Bowl! Kay was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Great place for much needed family time!

What a blessing! The space was incredible. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their "own" space without being cramped into a hotel room. Spending quality time with our kiddo was priceless. The game room was such a hit with everyone, including the grandparents. Being able to cook my kiddo a home cooked meal and sit down together was amazing. Plenty of towels and bedding to go around. Looking forward to booking again for our next family trip!
