Parking is mandatory valet however one parking is included at no additional fee. The building is a three minute walk to the beach (across the street) and it has a gym and a pool with a jacuzzi. Great rental and location

Overall it was a fantastic place. I had three teenage boys and a 7 year old and this was perfect for us. Benjamin and his wife were communicative and great to deal with and the apartment was in an absolutely perfect spot. The pool was easy to access and all four boys loved going to the pool. Definitely worth it for anyone who wants to be right near the beach and in the middle of Sunny Isles.

Wonderful vacation

The place is beautiful and location is very convenient. Very close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Benjamin was a wonderful host. We would come back.

Great home and location!

Condo was very clean and as advertised. We came for the beach and this was located close to several. The owners we super friendly and great communicators. Highly recommend and will look forward to staying here again the next time we come to south Florida!
