Beautiful accommodation overlooking the Bay with a wide balcony great for relaxing the floors were prpbably vacuumed but not mopped resulting in black feet and black knees and feet for my visiting 1yr old granddaughter That aside, the condo is a good size and well equipped for entertaining and relaxation beach is a good 10-15 minute walk away. There is a supermarket in walking distance

The apartment was fully renewed, nicely decorated, very luminous and airy, with a wonderful view to the canals - sunset included! It had everything we needed: kitchen very well equipped, an enourmous TV in the sitting room, beach chairs. It was super clean. The area is excellent, in the heart of Sunny Isles, close to the beach (it is a longish walk. We prefered to take our car and parked by the pier), it is close to the supermarket or places to dine. Everything worked perfectly well and Andrea was always very warm and within reach if we had a question. We also like to be able to park our car ourselves rather than wait for Valet service as in other Condos. We defenitvely recommend this rental and AyP. Great service and a wonderful holiday!
