CHARMING GITE IN THE MOUNTAIN

Cottage in small mountain village, close to the national park, very quiet away from the road network. The cottage is located in the Val d'Azun and offers a panoramic view of the mountains at the bottom of the valley. The shops are nearby at 800m on foot by a country lane. Restaurants, pharmacy, doctor. municipal swimming pool, house in the valley with its national park museum and information point. The Val d'Azun and the national park offer many hikes, medium and high mountain as well as sites equipped for climbing. Very famous for its mountain lakes open to walkers and fishermen.
Cycling and climbing the legendary passes, Tourmalet, Aubisque, Soulor, Hautacam and Ardiden. Mountain biking through the Val d'Azun ski slopes or on the detailed circuits on the Topos guides of the Vallée des Gaves. A magnificent animal park Wolf or deer bear at Argeles-Gazost 15 minutes' drive away. The Unesco heritage site 'the Cirque de Gavarnie', as well as the Troumouse Circus and the Estaubé Circus. Water sports rafting, kayaking, etc ... paragliding.
Hydrotherapy at Argelès-Gazost at 10 km; Small picturesque villages to visit around the valley.

Nous reviendrons en d'autres saisons c'est certain car cette région a beaucoup d'autres trésors à révéler si on prend le temps et nous avons très envie de faire un barbecue sur la terrasse face à la montagne après avoir goûté aux joies des flambées du poêle à bois cet hiver 😉 Encore merci pour votre accueil Michelle et Michel !
