Maison très agréable où il ne manque rien. Un plus pour la piscine, bien entretenue et sécurisée. Pistes cyclables au départ de Saubion, boulangerie dans le village et autres commerces à proximité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très bien , les propriétaires très sympathiques, serviable et très discret. Table à manger extérieure un peu bancale et piscine chauffée ( pas assez à mon goût , mais je suis frileux ) séjour très agréable malgré une météo capricieuse. RAS

Maison parfaite. Tout est prévu pour cuisiner pour les petits aussi. Deux frigos et un congélateur au top literie parfaite. Lieu très agréable avec une boulangerie pâtisserie excellente et un café loto journaux (et tabac). Piscine parfaite et très grande terrasse très bien aménagée ( tables transats plancha) la mer n'est pas loin et plein de villages très agréables autour de Saubion. Vacances 5 étoiles garanties.

Sejour agréable malgre quelques bémols

Belle petite maison sans vis a vis malgre le fait qu elle soit dans un lotissement (propriétaire vivant dans une extension de la maison, pas top). Bel espace avec terrasse, plancha... mais pas d espaces verts. La piscine a une belle superficie mais est trop froide a mon gout Situation géographique tres bien avec commerce a proximité et plage accessible par la voie verte a environ 10km Pas de chance il y a 2 frigo mais un ne fonctionnait pas ce qui etait compliqué pour les courses a 8 mais bon on etait vacances et on s adapte. Dans l ensemble, la maison est tres agréable, spacieuse, tres bien équipée et propre

Idéal pour les familles

La maison est idéalement située pour visiter toute la côte basque. 20 mn de Bayonne, 30 mn de Biarritz, 45 mn d'Espelette, 1h de St Jean de Luz et du train de la Rhune, 2h du bassin d'Arcachon, ... Il y a de quoi faire ! Spacieuse, bien organisée, la maison est idéale pour accueillir 2 familles ou un groupe d'amis. La piscine est top et les espaces extérieurs très agréables. Le quartier est très calme et la proximité des petits commerces est immédiate à pied. André et Josiane, nos hôtes, sont restés très discrets mais attentifs à nos besoins et toujours disponibles. Une super semaine en famille !

Lovely house, with lovely hosts. Air conditioning was great. Hosts very discrete, but on hand if you needed them. House was spotless, with everything you could possibly need.

Grande maison avec piscine idéalement placée

Très grande maison avec 5 chambres, 2 salles de bain, toute équipée y compris un sèche linge. Très grande pièce de vie et cuisine. Piscine chauffée avec transat. La maison est à 10 mn d’Hossegor er proche des commerces type grande distribution (5mn en voiture) sinon vous pouvez aller à pied chercher votre pain. Accueil très chaleureux et très grande discrétion de nos hôtes. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location.

Excellent séjour

La maison est bien située (à quinze minutes de l'océan), dans un lotissement calme. Les propriétaires sont charmants. La maison est très bien équipée et suffisamment grande pour être à l'aise. L'extérieur est parfait pour profiter des vacances (terrasse, piscine, plancha...). Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Superbe villa au calme à 10 min des plages

Nous étions 10 et nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La villa est très propre, très bien équipée et il y avait de la place pour tout le monde. A aucun moment nous étions à l'étroit. Les gérants sont sympathiques et nous avons été bien accueilli. Les plus de cette location : draps et serviettes fournis, necessaire de nettoyage dans les salles de bain, la cuisine et gel lavant pour les mains (très important avec la situation sanitaire) et bien sûr la plancha et la piscine privée.

Super séjour !!

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour en famille. La maison est parfaite : complète au niveau équipements, parfaite niveau sécurité, rien a dire pour la literie et est très bien située ! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et acceuillants. Une location que je recommande les yeux fermés et dont je garde l'adresse pour un futur séjour dans les environs 😊

Je tiens à remercier les propriétaires pour leur disponibilité, la maison est top et permet d'accueillir une famille au complet - nous étions 10 et jamais nous ne nous sommes "marchés dessus". La maison est très agréable, très bien située et tout le confort est à disposition. Je réserverai pour l'année prochaine si elle est disponible car nous avons adoré notre séjour. Piscine limpide, propre... tout simplement parfait. Merci encore!

parfait !!!!

Nous sommes des habitués des locations estivales de ce standing. Or, c'est la première fois que nous louons une maison aussi bien équipée à tout point de vue : électroménager, TV, ustensiles cuisine, couverts etc... Nous aurions pu manger à 25 sans problème. Rien a redire non plus sur la propreté. Bravo aux propriétaires !!

Vacances dans un petit bout de paradis

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille, la location a toutes les commodités pour passer un agréable séjour (superbe cuisine), la piscine chauffée avec le salon extérieur abrité (le top) ainsi que la literie très confortable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et avenants. En un mot PARFAIT.
