Bright villa with swimming pool between Biarritz and Bayonne near beaches and forest.

4 bedroom house, very bright with a large living room overlooking the south facing pool (shutter) and wooden deck. You will be quiet in a dead end overlooking a small forest. Close to the beaches of Anglet and Biarritz. All shops on foot. The bike trail is just down the street.
The house is very nice, the garden is enclosed. You can enjoy during the day, the pergola, the wooden terrace, the pool facing south and the night of the plancha.
Located halfway between Bayonne and Biarritz.

La maison est super agréable , tres bien équipée et idéalement placée dans un endroit calme mais proche de toutes commodités La climatisation dans la chambre du haut et dans la véranda est un vrai plus de même que la piscine et la terrasse bien aménagée.Les déplacements vers les plages et autres sont hyper faciles en vélo et c’est donc très appréciable. Les hôtes sont très agréables, disponibles et font tout pour que nous passions un merveilleux séjour.Je recommande à 100 %

Très belles vacances a Anglet

Très bon sejour dans la maison de Sylvie et d'Éric. La maison est très agréable, au calme, conforme en tous points a l'annonce. Le bois pres de la maison est un vrai plus lorsque vous avez un chien. Commerces a proximité de qualités. Nous recommandons cette location. Très bon accueil également des propriétaires.

Pour commencer : un très bel accueil des propriétaires ainsi que du « papi » qui est venu pour entretenir la piscine. La maison est au top avec 4 grandes chambres, plusieurs coins repos et repas, la plancha, la table de ping-pong et la piscine biensur…la climatisation présente dans la chambre de l’étage est un plus ! (Comme dans la pergola). Nos ados ont été conquis tout autant que nous ! La cours fermée pour les voitures et vélos est également très appréciable ! Nous recommanderons !

Au top !

Accueil très agréable et en toute simplicité. La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable. Tout est très bien agencé et équipé pour 8 personnes. L’extérieur est parfait pour se rafraîchir dans la piscine ou passer un moment agréable sous la pergola. Tout est accessible en vélo : quel bonheur de se rendre à la plage sans se poser la question du parking. Séjour parfait pour découvrir cette belle région.

Séjour très agréable.La maison est au calme, située dans une impasse. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires!! La maison était très propre à notre arrivée. Elle est également bien équipée et adaptée pour une famille. Le plus: la piscine et la clim dans la véranda..

La maison a beaucoup d'atouts parmi ceux qui nous ont plus (évidemment subjectif) : - cour fermée pour garer la voiture - décoration soignée - équipement du logement - 4 chambres spacieuses - piscine sans vis-à-vis - jardin soigné Par ailleurs l'accueil des propriétaires a été très agréable et l'entretien de la piscine est assuré par leur soin (alors que nous pourrions le faire!). Notre séjour a été apprécié par toute la famille (2 adultes et 2 ados) et nous reviendrons certainement car la région est magnifique.

Très bon accueil Couple charmant et disponible. Situation idéale car proche des plages, des commerces, de l'accès autoroute pour visiter les environs. Calme. Pas de passage de voiture car la Maison se trouve dans une impasse. Proche de la forêt de Lazaret : très agréable pour se promener ou faire du jogging ... Jardin terrasse et piscine : idéale pour des moments conviviaux en famille ou entre amis.
