About this property

Country house

Located 40 km from La Baule and 35 km north west of Nantes. 1970 built house situated on a large wooded land, at the end of a small road. Ideal for peace and quiet. No immediate vicinity. The house of 80 m2 includes 2 bedrooms with a 140 bed in each room.
Linens (towels and tea towels) and sheets are not provided.
A bathroom with a hip bath, shower, separate toilet, kitchen with stove - gas, microwave, refrigerator. Washing machine in the attached garage, entrance, living room with fireplace. TV, mini channel, but no internet. Table and chairs, barbecue.
The house is 2.5 km. a small village with local shops:
      bakeries
     minimarket
     pharmacy
      restaurant and cafes
    10 km: 2 hypermarkets.
You can radiate to Nantes La Baule, Guérande, typical town.
The Brière marshes where you can make walks in the barge (typical boat of the corner)
The salt marshes and Le Croisic are also nearby.
The forest of Gavre and the Nantes-Brest canal are close. Walking and cycling trips are possible from the house.
In the winter season we will ask you a participation of 10 € per night for heating.

Nous avons choisi ce gite pour être au calme et pouvoir rayonner dans la région. Le gite correspond bien à la description et le nécessaire est présent. Les alentours sont très calmes et jolis.

Sejour a bouvron

Super sejour dans ce petit coin tres calme les enfant etait ravie ainsi que mon mari et moi nous reviendront sans hésiter a l occasions d un sejour dans coin . Maison tres propre lit confortable rien a dire si c est juste a quelque endroits un peut de rafraîchissement mais se n est qu un detail on c est senti vraiment bien dans cette petite maison

Très calme, bon accueil,on y était avec mon beau père qui a la maladie de parkinson et c'est très facile de circuler dans la maison. (Pas avec le fauteuil) mais tout est plat dans la maison. Je recommande surtout pour la tranquillité du lieu.

Calme et nature en famille

Deuxième séjour à BOUVRON, entourée de champs et de verdure, une très belle propriété. Pas de bruit (un tracteur de temps en temps), idéale pour se mettre au « vert » en famille. Nous y sommes allés avec notre fille de 5 mois et notre labrador de 9 ans, toute la tribut à pu se détendre au calme, profité du très beau terrain arboré. Les deux vélos et le barbecue ont été fort appréciables. Isolé mais pas coupé du monde pour autant, le bourg est à 5 minutes avec toutes les commodités nécessaires, grandes surfaces à 10-15 minutes. Plein de ballades à faire, foret du GAVRE et canal de Nantes à Brest à proximité, le bord de mer est à 40 minutes. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. La Famille LAMBERT

Le calme de la campagne

Bonjour, Nous avons apprécié le calme, les champs de tournesols et les lapins qui traversent le jardin. La maison est spacieuse et agréable même si elle mériterait un vrai canapé et une douche à la place du sabot, mais laissons le temps aux agréables propriétaires de parfaire les détails. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour, et avons profité des légumes du jardin, gentiment offerts par la famille des propriétaires. A 50 min de la côte, nous avons aisément pu nous déplacer pour visiter la région. Et tout ça par beau temps.
