About this property

Country house

Located 40 km from La Baule and 35 km north west of Nantes. 1970 built house situated on a large wooded land, at the end of a small road. Ideal for peace and quiet. No immediate vicinity. The house of 80 m2 includes 2 bedrooms with a 140 bed in each room.
Linens (towels and tea towels) and sheets are not provided.
A bathroom with a hip bath, shower, separate toilet, kitchen with stove - gas, microwave, refrigerator. Washing machine in the attached garage, entrance, living room with fireplace. TV, mini channel, but no internet. Table and chairs, barbecue.
The house is 2.5 km. a small village with local shops:
      bakeries
     minimarket
     pharmacy
      restaurant and cafes
    10 km: 2 hypermarkets.
You can radiate to Nantes La Baule, Guérande, typical town.
The Brière marshes where you can make walks in the barge (typical boat of the corner)
The salt marshes and Le Croisic are also nearby.
The forest of Gavre and the Nantes-Brest canal are close. Walking and cycling trips are possible from the house.
In the winter season we will ask you a participation of 10 € per night for heating.
