Located 5 minutes from the city center of Avignon, 20 minutes from the Alpilles and Saint Rémy de Provence, 20 minutes from Pont du Gard, 30 minutes from the Luberon, in the heart of Provence and 5 minutes from the entrance highway Avignon and north of the commercial zone Auchan north

You will have 3 beautiful rooms with storage in each, fitted bathroom with bath and shower with Hydro jets -massant (separate toilet) and a fully equipped kitchen.
The house has a large living room with a 1/4 tail piano for enthusiasts. A bright and comfortable dining room.
House with alarm, wifi, floor heating, electric gate, 2 private parking spaces.

Outside:

A 900 m² garden with swimming pool 7m x 5m, a shower and a stone bar with built-in barbecue.
A terrace with seating for dining where you and your guests can enjoy the Provencal sun.
