The apartment has a large 160cm bed and a very comfortable sofa bed.
The fully equipped kitchen (mini oven, hob, coffee maker ...) is open to the living room.
Large wardrobe in the bedroom.
A washing machine is at your disposal.
The shuttle service for the cure is a few steps away.

accueil satisfaisant mais obliger d'aller chercher les clés a une autre adresse.Equipements très vétuste, table qui tient a peine debout, literie a changer car plein d'auréole(matelas oreiller couette). éclairage a revoir, cuisine rudimentaire a remplacer, volet d'époque, c'est l'anarchie pour les places de parking .Le point positif la résidence est calme

Oui abritel ce n’est malheureusement pas l’hôtel où une hôtesse d’accueil attend votre arrivée. c’est une question de communication et d’accord entre les parties notament Quand l’une de deux travaille.
Il y a une place de parking attribuée par appartement !! Commentaire inutile donc.
À mon sens, l’essentiel est que les éléments de cuisine fonctionnent pas qu’elle soit neuve ! Pour 32€ la nuit il ne faut pas s’attendre à un 5*.
Les volets ne peuvent pas être remplacés… il faut l’accord d’une copropriété.
Je vous laisse prendre connaissance de mon avis sur vous, voyageur, qui ne respecte pas le règlement intérieur du logement que vous louez !
Fête interdite et appartement à laisser dans le même état qu’à l’arrivée ce qui était très loin d’être votre cas.

disposition appartement ok, sdb et wc séparés, espace ok, vue ok, calmemanque place pour vestiaire, valises bibelots partout inutiles (poussière), ventilateur (pied incompatible)peu de vaisselle, douche sale et bouchée à l'arrivée appartement serait parfait si un peu mieux entretenu

Il y a une armoire de la taille de 2m50 je ne comprends pas comment vous n’avez pas trouvé de place pour ranger vos affaires. Il y a tout un lot de vaisselle pour 6 personnes assiettes couverts verres tasses à café bols …. 2 poêles 2 casseroles , essoreuse à salade , saladier. Difficile d’en mettre plus dans 30m2.
Les bibelots sont en effet décoratifs dans un appartement aux murs gris cela amène un peu de gaieté.
Le ventilateur est parfaitement fonctionnel.

Logement confortable et très bien situé.
Le logement est à proximité des commerces, de Royatonic, des thermes et des transports en commun. On pose la voiture et ensuite tout se fait à pied. Le top !
Le logement est fonctionnel, hyper lumineux et très cosy.
Avec mon mari, nous venons d'y passer un séjour très agréable.

concernant ma note de 3/5
Appartement très calme, proche du centre ville, literie très confortable.
pas assez de vaisselle courante (dont, saladier, couverts à salade, essoreuse, petit couteau d'office....) manquait aussi produits wc, lessive, et déboucheur pour le bac à douche dont l'eau s'écoulait difficilement.

Pour les ustensiles de cuisine je veux bien accepter votre commentaire. Par contre vous aviez du cif pr nettoyer les WC des pastilles de javel.... Également il y a une pompe pr déboucher les différents éviers . Et à 36€ le nuit nous n'allons certainement pas payer la lessive pour les voyageurs vous avez assez de produits de base non recommandés par les divers sites de location (papier toilette huile vinaigre sucre café... Et j'en passe).
