This 110-square-meter, two-story home features a 35-square-meter living room-kitchen on the ground floor that opens onto two beautiful terraces, one of which offers a panoramic view. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. A wide variety of kitchen utensils are provided. The kitchen opens onto a living room furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, and a sideboard, as well as a TV, DVD player, and a mini stereo system. This room provides access to the two beautiful terraces, where you can enjoy meals. A half-bath is located on the ground floor. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms: two with a 140-cm double bed, a wardrobe, two nightstands, chairs, and armchairs; and one bedroom with a single bed.
