100m from the beach Loc'h, vacation home near the Pointe du Raz

House 180m², fully renovated (completion in May 2016). Very spacious and bright, comfortable and decorated "sea spirit." The House accommodates up to 6 people.

Ground floor:
- A large main living room / dining room with 2 inserts installed in the original fireplaces. The living room overlooks a lovely veranda, via a sliding door. This small room can enjoy the garden or any time!
- 1st bedroom and 1 toilet with washbasin
- A very large wardrobe in the entrance to put the boots, puisettes, track cases and suitcases.
- The kitchen, spacious & functional, has a direct access to a furnished wooden terrace (table, parasol, barbecue and deckchairs).

Upstairs :
- Arrival on a large mezzanine with a nice high ceiling. sofa and chairs provide reading corner as TV area.
- 2 beautiful bright and spacious rooms of 16m² each. A room overlooking the sea. Each also has a large closet and storage space.
- 1 large bathroom (bath and large shower) and a separate toilet.

No smoking.

This house has several living space for the whole family and friends. The rooms are nice and spacious and allow everyone to find its place. Fall under the seaside charm of the House of Loc'h!

Perfekt ausgestattes Haus in fussläufiger Entfernung zu Strand, Creperie und Supermarkt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Maison "Le Loc'h" sehr genossen. Von der Filterkaffeemaschine mit angeschlossener Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher über Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit mehreren Gefrierfächern, gut ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Besteck bis zu Waschmaschine, Trockner, WLAN, Fernseher mit Zugang zu Netflix und Amazon und einer CD- und USB-Stereoanlage, selbst Gesellschaftsspiele (viele sind auch in D bekannt und Anleitungen bei Bedarf im Internet zu finden) und viele wunderschöne Bildbände über die Gegend, das Meer, die Leuchhtürme, aber auch Romane in dt. Sprache, einer Terrasse mit großem Schwenkschirm und ein Garten - viele Prospekte zu Sehenswürdigkeiten im Departement Finistère, aber auch zur Bretagne insgesamt - es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub braucht! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe gemütlich eingerichtet mit Wintergarten und sogar einem Kamin für Schlechtwettertage. Sogar den Kontakt zu einem der örtlichen Fischer bekommt man, wenn man Fische oder andere Meeresfrüchte selbst zubereiten will. Es gibr sogar Austernmesser und Hummergabeln, einen Kugelgrill und eine Friteuse. Wir können das Haus von Frau Grass nur wärmstens empfehlen. Der Kontakt zu ihr, zu Fabienne, der Kontaktperson vor Ort und zu Charlotte, der Schwester der Eigentümerin war stets sympathisch und lösungsorientiert.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unglaublich schönes Haus

Großes Haus mit sechs Betten aber nur einem Bad, deswegen wäre mein Rat, es als Familie zu buchen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wohnräume und Schlafzimmer sind hervorragend geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gutes, großes Bett. Meerblick von den oberen Schlafzimmern. Der Wintergarten ist super, wenn es draußen ein wenig windig oder nasser ist. Der Garten ist verwildert, aber charmant. Wer Musik hören will, sollte einen eigenen Lautsprecher mitbringen, die vorhandene Anlagen (es sind tatsächlich zwei) haben wir nicht nutzen können, weder über Bluetooth noch Kabel ...

Une semaine estivale au Cap Sizun

Cette maison spacieuse, confortable et charmante, est le camp de base idéal pour explorer la région. Audierne et ses commerces, restaurants, foodtrucks, son ambiance jeune et dynamique. Les plages magnifiques de Saint Tugen, Mesperleuc, Trescadec... La Baie des Trépassés, inoubliable, et superbe spot de surf. La pointe du Van au coucher de soleil, et celle de Raz bien sûr. L'Ile de Sein pour une journée hors du temps. La côte nord du Cap Sizun, avec ses falaises, ses criques et sa lande. Une région sauvage et authentique, refuge climatique, pas encore noyée sous le tourisme

Hält was es verspricht

Herzlicher Empfang durch Fabienne (Merci!). Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, schön renoviertes, freistehendes Haus mit umfriedetem Garten und grossem Wintergarten. So wie auf den Fotos der Anzeige. Auch bei garstigem Wetter (Bretagne...) ist das Haus ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort. Mehrere inspirierende Bildbände zur Bretagne stehen zur Verfügung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungstouren auf dem Cap Sizun. Der "letzte Supermarkt vor Amerika" ist gut sortiert mit vielen frischen, lokalen Produkten, gleich am Ende der Strasse auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Wer vor 9 Uhr zum Kaffee ein pain au chocolat oder croissant braucht, wird keine 5 Autominuten in den Nachbarorten Plogoff oder Cléden-Cap Sizun fündig. Nachteile? Je nach Wind und bei Ebbe sind die Algen im Kleinboothafen manchmal so unüberriechbar, dass man vielleicht doch lieber drinnen als auf dem offenen Sitzplatz vor der Küche frühstücken möchte. Aber wer Meernähe sucht, muss sich nicht darüber beklagen, dass das Meer manchmal näher ist, als einem lieb ist... Ansonsten keine nennenswerten Nachteile.

Tolles Haus in bester Lage

Tolles, großes, helles, geräumiges Haus mit Wintergarten für windige Tage. Lage 100 m zum Strand, Supermarche zu Fuß erreichbar. Audierne intakte Kleinstadt, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Schwimmen Wandern Surfen vom Haus aus. Küche und Bad funktionell eingerichtet mit Geräten von Miele. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen gerne wieder.

Tres chic :-)

We very much enjoyed our stay in the house, which is very nice and clean, well equipped. We also enjoyed the great surroundings. There are interesting walks along the coastline starting from the house, the beach "next door" is great especially for little kids' swimming and playing. There are great surfing beaches close by.

Wunderschönes Haus am Meer

Wir fanden alles was das Herz für einen entspannten Urlaub begehrt hier vor: ein wunderschönes, komfortables, sehr sauberes Haus in bester Lage unweit vom Strand entfernt, für alle Wetterlagen am Cap Sizun bestens geeignet: kühl bei Hitze, wärmend an kühlen Tagen durch den tollen Wintergarten. Ein herzlicher Empfang und auch Abschied durch Fabienne und ein sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher Kontakt mit Emilie rundeten das Ganze noch ab. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Gegend ist grandios und wir werden wieder kommen!

Traumhaus mit Wintergarten

Und DAS einen Steinwurf vom Atlantik entfernt! Das Haus begeistert durch seine Geräumigkeit und super Ausstattung, was es für eine 5-köpfige Familie zu einem wunderbaren Ferienhaus mit genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten macht. In der Küche lassen sich alle Köch*innenträume realisieren, sie grenzt direkt an die Terrasse, wo wir die meisten Mahlzeiten einnehmen konnten. Der Wintergarten, der sich ans Wohnzimmer anschließt, war ein erklärter Lieblingsplatz zum Lesen, wenn die Sonne schon weg und der Wind noch da ist. Warmer Fliesenboden und Korbmöbel! In 40 min Spaziergang entlang des wunderschönen Küstenwanderwegs erreicht man unseren Lieblingsstrand in Sainte Tugen, für den schnellen Sprung in den Atlantik tut's aber auch der "Hausstrand" in 5' Entfernung. Fabienne danken wir ausdrücklich für den herzlichen Empfang und die vielen Tipps - wir komme sehr gerne wieder.

Just perfect

The house is gorgeous; spacious rooms, high ceilings, tastefully furnished, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. There is a small beach, a nice little creperie, and a supermarket in walking distance. Whithin a few minutes by car you can reach Audierne (nice little city) and the bay of Trepasses with a beautifull wide beach and the possibility to go surfing.

Superbe maison bien située en bord de mer !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. A notre arrivée, la maison était agréablement chauffée et l’accueil très chaleureux. La propreté de la maison est exemplaire. Maison très bien équipée (électroménager, chauffages, matériel de cuisine, sdb, jeux, livres touristiques, …) et du linge de qualité et en grande quantité est à notre disposition. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le style de cette maison de vacances. Les volumes et les espaces qu’offrent cette maison sont très agréables. Tout cela a contribué également à notre confort, par beau et mauvais temps que nous avons eu pendant notre séjour. Idéalement située, nous avons pu nous rendre, à quelques mètres, à la plage du Loch et faire toutes nos courses sans prendre la voiture. En voiture, nous sommes à quelques minutes de la Pointe du Raz où nous avons assisté au spectacle merveilleux des tempêtes bretonnes et aux sites exceptionnels des environs (Baie des Trépassés, Ile de Sein par bateau, …). Nous reviendrons assurément pour un séjour plus long. Excellente adresse !

Spacieux, grand confort, charme et caractère

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très accueillante et lumineuse. Lors des beaux jours, la terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables, la véranda exceptionnelle. Les 2 jours de mauvais temps n'ont pas été contraignants du fait du très grand confort qu'offre cette maison (tres bonne isolation partout, chauffage, confort cuisine et sdb, internet, TV avec chaînes internationales et jeux de société). Nos ados ont apprécié d'avoir plusieurs endroits indépendants et conviviaux où ils ont pu s'isoler. Bref , la maison est grande et très confortable. Il ne manque rien. Électroménager de haute gamme. Sur le lieu, 3 plages dans les environs ( à pieds et à quelques minutes en voiture), dont celles des cartes postales du Finistère. La pointe du Raz et les balades sur les chemins côtiers restent exceptionnels ! Bref, nous reviendrons très bientôt. Conseil : réserver les activités à l'avance (velos, nautisme, équitation, ...) car plein de choses à faire et à voir sur réservation.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons été très agréablement accueillis par Emilie la propriétaire. La maison est spacieuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée. Elle est en outre idéalement située à quelques minutes de la plage et d un Intermarché bien achalandé ; et la région est superbe. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Wunderschöne Ferienhaus

Ein traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus, super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Eine tolle Vermieterin, die immer ansprechbar ist. Der Strand ist nur 100 m vom Haus entfernt u man kann in der Gegend schöne Radtouren machen... gerne kommen wir wieder.

maison magnifique mais quelques petites choses à revoir

agréable séjours mais arrivée un peu juste : maison pas chauffée, compteur qui saute dès que l'on met le chauffage et qu'il faut aller remettre dehors, inserts en appoint ....normalement mais quand ils faut les allumer pour que le courant ne saute pas !!! Enfin bref il suffirait de mettre un abonnement plus fort pour ne plus avoir tout ceci,,,,

Ein bretonischer Traum

Eins vorab: wir waren mit der Maison du Loc‘h mehr als zufrieden. Es war das schönste Ferienhaus, in dem wir je waren. Die Küche ist ein Traum für jeden Hobbykoch. Vollständig ausgestattet und das hochwertig. Wir haben hier gern und oft gekocht, sogar den Backofen benutzt. Das Wohnzimmer ist chill-out-Area und Gemeinschaftsraum in einem. Wir haben hier immer getafelt und abends gespielt. Die beiden Kaminfeuer verleihen Atmosphäre. Das Bad ist mit Regendusche und Badewanne ausgestattet, beherbergt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner von Miele und wurde den gehobenen Ansprüchen unserer vier Teenagern absolut gerecht. Die Zimmer sind hell und luftig, bieten viel Stauraum und gute Betten. Alle sechs haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Auf der Empore, dem Medienbereich, waren die Kinder häufig anzutreffen. Gemütliche Sessel und ein Sofa laden zum Chillen eben ein. Der Wintergarten schließlich rundet das Angebot ab. Hier ist es hell und sehr gemütlich, selbst wenn draußen der Sturm tobt. Die Lage der Maison du Loc’h ist ein absoluter Hammer. Fußweg zum Strand zwei Minuten, zum Supermarkt auch. Und die Pointe du Raz ist für geübte Wanderer leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bäcker in Plougoff gehört ganz sicher zu den besten in der Gegend. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Martin Hillebrand

Excellent séjour

Très jolie maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, nous avons tout apprécié, la véranda, la salle de bains grande comme une salle de bal ! Les chambres sont aussi très spacieuses. Tout ici a été pensé pour que notre séjour soit agréable. L’accueil est assuré par Carine, personne très sympathique prête à nous aider si nous rencontrions le moindre problème durant notre séjour. (Mais aucun désagrément à déclarer). Elle assure également le ménage celui-ci était nickel. Cette location était le lieu idéal pour aller découvrir les nombreux sites bretons du cap Sizun et au-delà et venir se reposer après nos longues balades. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci et bravo à Emilie la propriétaire d’avoir réussi une si jolie rénovation de cette maison familiale !
