This home is located in North Las Vegas 10 minutes from Fremont and downtown Vegas and 15 minutes from the main strip. Master Bedroom has a shower with marble tile and a balcony with a beautiful view of the park and Mountains. The basketball court is about 400 sq ft. 2 living rooms. 3 tv's. Direct tv on 55 inch. PS3 on the master bedroom tv for dvd's and games and 40 inch 4k smart tv in front living room. 1 King size bed. 1 Queen. 1 Full, and 1 twin and a queen air mattress, and a kids small couch and fold out bed. Laundry room access and fitness equipment available.
