About this property

Close to the beach and everything but not too close.

Located in a quiet community with views of pine trees and ponds. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Close to the beach but far enough away to avoid the beach traffic if desired. Freshly repainted downstairs. The fully furnished kitchen also includes a refinished countertop, new soft close cabinet doors and above cabinet lighting. Enjoy interior furnishings like a recliner sofa and loveseat, beautifully hand painted dining table and chairs and beach theme decorations. A half bath is also on the main floor. Upstairs are two master bedrooms with queen size beds and their own bathrooms . All bathrooms have new marble countertops. All flooring is luxury vinyl tile with area rugs in the bedrooms and living room. There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer. Outside touches include hooks to hang wet towels, patio table and chairs with a huge umbrella and a grill. All linens and dishes are provided so just come, unpack and enjoy a beautiful sunset. We also have another unit nearby so if you have a large family or extra friends please contact us about renting both units. Located between Morehead City and Jacksonville and close to Camp Lejeune Marine Corp Base.

Townhouse was very nice and clean! Perfect for a getaway that’s not too far from the beach and shopping. Parking was no issue and the area is nice and quiet. This place was conveniently located close to the wedding venue where my daughter was getting married. It was nice to be able to maneuver back and forth while also being close to other needed amenities to help setup for her big day. The property was clean and neighborhood was quiet.

Everything was perfect for our quick little weekend getaway! The house was clean, anything you could think of needing was there, and the layout of the house was awesome! I loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Will definitely think about this place again if we come to Emerald Isle again!

Great spot close to the beach!

This place worked perfectly for our family of 4 to stay in while other family had a place on the beach at Emerald Isle. We drove 15 minutes to the beach each day and then had this quiet retreat to return to each afternoon. The unit is well-equipped with everything you may need. The perfect place for our first trip to the area.

We e joyed the unit. The decorations were perfect. Beds comfy Overall grest property. The only thing we were disagreed with the fact we paid cleaning fee and had to wash all linens and towels. Would e pect to take to towells down and strip beds a d wash dishes.

Close enough to beach

Property owners respond quickly, had a little issue, but owners responded right away. Good location, not too far from beach, several restaurants near by, loved all the hooks in the town home, to hang things. Quite neighborhood, home was very spacious. Pretty view out the back door of the ponds.

We have another townhouse in this area and it has become so popular that we are only able to use it a couple times per year so we purchased another one. It is still quiet and tranquil. We are close enough to do activities or just relax and do nothing. We always come back relaxed and refreshed.

Why they chose this property

We decided then that this is the perfect location to give us and others a chance to unwind. The peace and quiet we all need, but so close to the beach and many other activities. Why pay the higher prices of going over the bridge to the beach when you're less than 8 minutes from the beach?

What makes this property unique

Located less than 8 minutes from the beach, restaurants, groceries, shopping, miniature golf and so much more. Centrally located between Jacksonville and Morehead City.
