We had an amazing stay! The house was well stocked with anything we might have needed. Jon was extremely responsive to any questions. We can’t say enough nice things about the location and view. The sunsets at night were amazing and seeing dolphins swimming right off the dock was fantastic. We can’t wait to come back!!
Wonderful little cottage with everything you would need. Sadly didn't use the hot tub but that was us not that there was any issues. How was prompt if I had any questions. Definitely would stay again if the rates was reasonable.
The kids really enjoyed the water, and we appreciated that part of our stay. The host was great at communicating during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the house were very disappointing and did not match what was portrayed in the listing photos. The indoor and outdoor couches were heavily stained, appeared to have mold, and seemed poorly maintained. There was dog hair throughout the house, and ants were crawling all over the kitchen table. We were also surprised to find that the advertised third bedroom was actually a laundry room rather than a traditional bedroom, which was not clear from the listing. While we did enjoy certain aspects of our stay, the cleanliness, maintenance, and difference between the listing photos and the actual property were significant concerns. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

We appreciate you acknowledging our excellent communication and that your family enjoyed the water during your stay.
We are, however, very disappointed and surprised by the remainder of your review. Throughout your entire stay, not one of these concerns was brought to our attention, other than ants on the outside table. We pride ourselves on being extremely responsive to our guests and would have gladly addressed any legitimate concerns immediately had we been given the opportunity. We do not clean our own properties, so we need to know if our cleaners are skipping over things.
We take great pride in maintaining our vacation homes and work hard to ensure every guest has a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. While we certainly understand that every guest has different expectations, we believe it is only fair to give a host the opportunity to resolve an issue before presenting such serious complaints publicly.
We welcome constructive feedback and continually strive to improve our properties. We only wish these concerns had been communicated during your stay, when we could have actually done something about them.
We wish you and your family the best and are glad your children enjoyed their time on the water.
Nice small place away from the hustle and bustle of town. Fishing in front of the place was great. The kayaks on site were nice and we were able to find a few shark’s teeth on the island across the canal. Close enough to all of the local things we wanted to do.
We had a fantastic time lounging on the dock looking for dolphins (we saw two)! Also took out the kayaks and activity mat which are included, as well as life jackets. The house was clean and spacious, and well stocked. About a 15 min drive to the beach. Very quiet dead end street, and lovely view of the water.
What a great place! I only stayed one night so I did not use the kitchen items like I would have staying longer, but it seemed to have all you would need. The coffee bar was wonderful. The beds were really comfortable. We utilized the screened in porch and went and sat on the dock to watch the boats go by. We were blessed with perfect weather. It was wonderful. We would like to go back in the future for a little longer stay. Jonathan is a great host. He is VERY PROMPT in answering any messages. The directions to the place were spot on - very easy to find it. Great parking. Don't hesitate to stay here - you won't regret it.
The property is in a very great location, with sight of dolphin everyday.Although we had bad weather but the property provided all necessary help. It is still a great stay. Will definitely come back
