The Melanie House at Bella Vista - 7 miles to the Bentonville Square

This Property has just been remodeled and is my favorite. The colors are bright, fun and very artsy The furnishings are not traditional at all and very eclectic, but functional and comfortable at the same time. And with Crystal Bridges just 7.5 miles away, the property has been decorated with fun reproductions of famous artists and colorful paintings. If you are looking for more than a "hotel room", a work of art, a home to enjoy, you will not be disappointed. The home has "Feng Shui" from the moment you walk in the door and see the forest of trees through the back windows.

We were there for a golf tournament, and it was only a 3 minute drive to the course! The house was beautiful, well furnished, spacious, great outside seating, and even had fresh muffins waiting for us. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful home. Very clean, accommodated 4 adults easily. The owner goes above and beyond welcoming you with coffee, muffins, plenty of towels, wash cloths, kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, etc. You will want to return!!!

We needed a place for my dad to stay during our corporate relocation to NW Arkansas. The Melanie House in Bella Vista was absolutely perfect and very budget friendly! The property itself is gorgeous, with a stunning wooden backyard that feels like your own private nature retreat. He loved watching the deer and other wildlife right out back—it made the setting so peaceful and relaxing.Inside, the home is spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything was immaculately clean, comfortable, and well cared for, which made him feel right at home from the moment he walked in. The check-in process was seamless with a personalized code for the door, which made arrival super easy and stress-free.The owner was wonderful to work with—very responsive, helpful, accommodated a day early arrival at the last minute and was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The garage was an extra bonus he truly appreciated, especially for convenience and peace of mind.This is the perfect retreat for anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful escape to enjoy the beauty of Northwest Arkansas. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

This is the perfect house to stay no matter if visiting for business, sports, leisure. The house is cozy and relaxing. The bed is so comfortable you won’t want to get out of it. Lisa is the perfect hostess!!! She is so accommodating and is very punctual with any text, call, message. She is just a delight!! There are little touches throughout the house upon arrival that makes me think of a bed and breakfast. This is a place we will definitely revisit!!!

Beautifully appointed home, sparkling clean. Location is easy to find and convenient to restaurants and golf course. Homeowner was attentive and thoughtful. Weather prevented us from enjoying the delightful deck and sunroom but we did avail ourselves of the gas fireplace! Comfy, roomy, and had everything we could possibly need for our stay.

Absolute Perfection

This beautifully appointed and comfortable home is everything as as advertised and more. The host's attention to detail is apparent at every turn. Without a doubt the best stocked kitchen I've ever rented with every cooking utensil and serving piece included ample even if entertaining multiple guests. Lisa was attentive to our every need upon getting settled responding rapidly always. Initially I was concerned about the distance to Bentonville where I was working but found it to be a very pleasant 17 minute drive only right into the heart of B'Ville. We will be back!

Mini Minnesota Golf Vacation

This home is very inviting and makes you feel like you belong and want to be there. The house is located in a nice and friendly neighborhood and the property is fairly secluded with a densely wooded back yard. The view of the woods from the back deck and sun room is a nice bonus. The home is well maintained and beautifully decorated. Spacious living areas and well supplied with everything you need for your stay. Cleanliness is a priority for this owner as the home was immaculately clean. You will not go wrong staying at Lisa's home.

Great House & Location

My friend and I came down from KC to ride motorcycles. This was the perfect house for our needs. Garage for the bikes, great location, clean, plenty of kitchen stuff to cook, and very responsive and informative owners. I will save this house for future trips. I am usually in Arkansas 4-5 times per year to ride.

Choose M’Lady House!

She’s a diamond in the rough who’s been transformed into a beauty. I prefer to call her M’Lady. This home is lovingly decorated and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. It’s a safe, secure area and private. Nothing but raves for the Host and her M’Lady House. Absolutely will return.

Wonderful Respite

My octogenarian parents and I stayed at Melanie House for a few days in order to enjoy Crystal Bridges and spend time with each other after a long pandemic separation. The house was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the colorful walls and paintings as well as the screened-in sun room and view of the woods out back. The kitchen was well equipped too. The host, Lisa, left thoughtful touches throughout the house including muffins in the kitchen, stationary in the bedrooms, and welcoming music playing upon our arrival. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood yet still a fairly quick drive to the old downtowns of Bentonville and Rogers as well as Crystal Bridges. I would highly recommend this house for a quiet getaway.
