The living room offers an additional cozy space with another queen bed for extra relaxation. A large deck with plenty of seating, shade, and lighting for lounging after the sun goes down. The deck also has a flat top propane grill and a smokeless fire pit.Cute house situated right in the middle of all the Bella Vista activities.

This is one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed at. They have thought of everything from phone chargers, Roku TVs so that you can log into your own Netflix/etc, fully stocked with nice towels and they even left a pizza for us in the freezer. The home itself is very nice and excellently decorated. We will definitely be staying again during future visits.

Jacob was great at communicating with me! The house is in a great location and was very peaceful. The only thing that could be improved would be the cleaning/dusting of some items like lamps and bathtub. I'd come back if I needed to stay in the area again.
