Perfect for Snowbirds! Comfortable and well-appointed home away from home in a prime location! Less than a mile from the main intersection on West Beach Blvd, Sea Breeze is directly across from the beach & has dedicated access to the beautiful white sand & relaxing waves. There's a pool, 4 grills & a gazebo for outdoor dining & entertaining. #103 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with designated covered parking for 2 vehicles. 2 elevators and carts for luggage make getting in and out a 'Breeze'. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is only permitted in marked area behind the pool.

Very Clean & Comfortable

My family and I loved the condo. It was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It felt like home away from home. The location is great as well. We'd 0 stay here again. Communication with the host was excellent as well.

Loved our vacation getaway!!

Melanie has a wonderful condo to vacation in and it is close to many wonderful places to eat, visit and enjoy. Only problem was parking since we had a full-size pickup. Bring a nice size car when you come and parking will be fine

Perfect spot for vacation

This condo is clean and has everything you need including ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, pool, laundry machine, and cable TV. The beach access is so easy to find because of the signs- walk is less than 5 minutes to the water. Parking is tight especially if your neighbor brings multiple cars or a truck - you can pay for nearby parking. Elevator is great for move in/move out.

The condo was perfect for my winter getaway. It's close to everything. So much for snowbirds to enjoy. Beach is right across the street. Melanie was the perfect host. She responded immediately when contacted. The condo was well decorated. I loved the area.

Very nice Condo across the street from the beach

Condo was as described. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and there was plenty of space. Beach is a short walk across the street with an access path right to the beach. Condo has a nice pool and multiple charcoal grills for grilling. Having a full kitchen was key to saving money on eating out for every meal. Highly recommend this complex if your looking for an affordable way to vacation in a beautiful place. Unfortunately, we were down when the jellyfish were very active so that dampened our ocean experience, but we made the best of it, even if we had to deal with some stings.Host was very gracious and allowed us access an hour early due to our early arrival and was very responsive when we notified her about a running toilet. Overall 5 stars and would highly recommend this property.
