Adjacent to Waterville USA for family fun, and right on the bayou leading to Lake Shelby, perfect for kayaking, fishing, or exploring Gulf State Park trails.

Times & Parking: Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10AM. Includes 1 covered parking space and one lot parking space. (no boats, RVs, or trailers permitted).
House Rules: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and stay on-site for the duration. Strictly no pets, smoking (unit or balcony), or loud parties.
Guest required to sign a rental agreement. $300 refundable Security Deposit/Authorization is required and processed by host.
