Great place. Comfortable, well taken care off. Extremely convenient with a supermarket 5 min away, yet still feel like you are not inside the city. I'd not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful mountain home that marries rustic charm with comfort and warmth

The house offered many amenities from a well appointed kitchen to the cozy den/media room with big screen tv to the stone fireplace in the family room. Loved the radiant heat. Beds were very comfy. Molly was great to work with - very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

A Dream Colorado rental property.

A beautiful presented house from the moment of arrival. The property was everything we could have hoped for in a rental for our ski holiday. The decor and furnishing were luxurious, with plenty of space for the whole family to spread out. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and answered all enquiries promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to any of our family and friends. We will definitely be renting here again.

Great house

We love this house so much. We stayed last summer for a month and this summer for two months. It has everything you need. Great location. The beds are so comfortable. I would highly recommend this house.

Great Location and Property

The house is located just 15-20 minutes from major ski/snowboarding cities (Breckenridge, Keystone). The house is nice and well-maintained with fantastic accommodations. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials (cleaning supplies, seasonings, dishes, glasses, utensils, cutlery, cookware, and some pantry staple items). The bathrooms are well stocked with towels and toilet paper. The laundry room even had laundry essentials. It was nice to have all of those items already available when we arrived so we didn’t have to rush out immediately to the store to purchase. All that’s asked is for the tenants to replenish what is used. It works well for renter convenience. The grocery store is about 5 minutes away. The house is also about 5 minutes from an outlet mall. We visited as a family of 6 (2 teens and 2 elementary-aged children). The arrangement of the rooms worked well for our needs. There are sleds stored in the garage, which was a nice perk, as there are sledding spots nearby. The house has three levels, and the bedrooms are spread out among the 3 levels. There are two televisions in the house, both of which are located on the main level (2nd level). The wifi strength is acceptable, but not great. There are Covid restrictions in place for restaurants in CO. They’re at a 50% capacity right now (Mar 2021), which makes it difficult to go out for a family dinner at any of the restaurants in the area. All were either fully booked or had 2+ hour wait times. It made mealtimes a bit challenging a few days during our stay. While we enjoyed our vacation, we do have one solid complaint about the property. The mattress in the master bedroom is in desperate need of replacement. One side of the mattress (the right side of the mattress) is visibly VERY worn down. When in that spot, you’re literally sinking into the mattress. It’s horrible and it makes for an awfully uncomfortable night’s sleep. My husband and I tossed and turned all night, to the point wherein we took turns sleeping on the sofa. That’s a major downside to a vacation when the renters are sleep deprived due to something as simple yet important as a decent mattress in good condition. We would not vacation at this property again unless the master bed mattress has been replaced. Please, for the sake of your future renters, replace the master bed mattress.

This property was so nice. It had everything we needed. It’s in a nice neighborhood. Close to everything. Molly was so nice. We had no issues whatsoever while we were there and we were there for a month. We would totally pick to stay here again.

Comfortable, clean and close to everything!

Our annual ski trip to Colorado has always meant a stay in Breckenridge. This year, we stepped outside the box and stayed in Silverthorne, and we are so glad we did. The location is perfect - close to the ski areas we love most - Loveland and Arapahoe Basin. Shopping, restaurants and bars were nearby, adding convenience as well as location. The house is lovely - spacious enough for four adults, a kitchen that allowed our chef son to create wonderful meals for us, and cozy lounging spaces for chatting and watching television at night. The house is clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Best of all was the owner, Molly who was very responsive to questions, and even checked on us after our arrival. Overall, a great hit with all of us, and we look forward to visiting again.

This place is great! It is a wonderful starting place to visit all of Summit County, is close to Denver, and easily accessible. The home is beautifully decorated and furnished with all the necessary items to make anyone's visit a pleasure. I highly recommend it to all!!
