its access with an independent entrance accessible for people with reduced mobility is through a pedestrian crossing that allows not to hear traffic.
it is equipped with double glazed windows and electric shutters.
the "American" kitchen is equipped with all necessary for meals and breakfast (, hotplates, microwave, non-espresso, kettle, toaster, fridge,)
all the bedding is new, the sofa bed folds easily without removing the seats, another extra bed "clic-clac" for one person is available in the living room (single sofa).

Great location in Paris
Great apartment in a convenient location. Walking distance to Metro and shops of montemart are just up the stairs.
