Beautiful Home with Traditional & Modern Ambience

Enjoy the main floor of this split-level rambler located on a quiet cul de sac. With a large, fenced-in yard and ample on-street parking; an open floor plan with light and hard wood floors. Incredibly walkable to most of the grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and public transportation. You are moments away from I-5 and beautiful downtown Edmonds in this charming neighborhood.
It s a split level home with main level completely available for guest access with private entrance through keypad lock (self checkin).
Small family live in the lower level with separate entrance. I am reachable on phone

Guest access

Guests have private access to the main level and the side yard.
- Main level has 3B 1.5 B
- Master bedroom comes with queen bed and attached 0.5 bath
- 2 Bedroom with Queen bed
- 3 Bedroom has daybed with trundle and TV. TV can be moved as required provided gues is careful with moving it,
- 1 full Bathroom
- Full kitchen with basic amenities provided (Coffee maker, pots, utensils, etc)
- Separate Washer and Dryer available on main level
- Patio with sitting
- Side yard ( accessible from outside door next to the garage) - is totally private for guest access.
- Street parking is available out front. Garage or driveway is usually occupied. guest can use the driveway to park if communicated specifically.
Interaction with guests

A small family lives downstairs with separate entrance. Please do not disturb them for anything. If any questions, reach out to me any time and message me in advance for special needs, no promises but will try my best.

Other things to note

Step out your front door and within minutes, you can be at: QFC, Trader Joe s, Safe Way Edmonds Community College, coffee shops and parks, public transit within 5-10 min of walking. Downtown Edmonds , beautiful Puget Sound beach and the Edmonds ferry (20 minute ferry ride over to Kingston), the Amtrak train station to take you to Seattle (a beautiful experience) - all that with in 5 - 15 min of drive. you can also easily get Uber and Lyft around the neighborhood. A metro transit bus stop within a 2 min walk from the house, which provides easy commute to Edmonds downtown , Seattle , Bellevue.

The house was spotless and nicely decorated. Located conveniently in Edmunds, this was a perfect home base for us. The host provided clear instructions and even included some useful information about the area.

The kitchen and linens were well appointed for a normal stay. For a family of 5 adults, there was plenty of room for a puzzle board and game night. Due to a local family illness we unexpectedly hosted Thanksgiving dinner at the rental and were missing a few kitchen tools (mixer, bottle opener, stove door handle fell off). The TV wasn't on a roll-around cart as stated in the description, but we easily moved it to the living room table. Even so, our stay was comfortable and the location was great for local sightseeing.

Overall the house was very nice. Would like to have had more than one television in the house, if you're out and about most days this shouldn't be an issue. Also, it is off of a main road and we were awaken nightly by sirens.

We had a couple issues the host was quick to respond and resolve the issues. First the smoke alarm chirping the first night ( host responded took care of issue) the 2 issue was the key code stopped working on us (host had someone bring us a key in middle of the night). We were there for concerts so we got in late most night. The fridge was missing the glass in the bottom shelf

Very nice small house. We spent a lot of time in the house being trapped by a major snowstorm. No snow removal made conditions treacherous. But we survived.

Great owners

We stayed here for over four months while our home was being remodeled, and I can't say enough about how responsive the owners were to our every comment/concern. Without us asking, they provided two extra fans in addition to the two that were already there. (This was during the heat wave of July 2021.) The home is exactly as pictured with comfortable beds.

We loved this home. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the home, property and host. The location is perfect. Convenient to everything that you want to go see yet out of the busy city. Very clean. 3 bedroom 2 bath. Nice washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee pot, microwave, tv. Plenty of towels and linens. Bathrooms had shampoo conditioner body wash soaps sprays, kitchen had coffee and filters teas , spices salt pepper, even had Tylenol and all diets of things a regular house has. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Back wooden deck is very nice with squirrels and trees and also jay birds with bird feeders. QFC market is less than 1/2 mile from the property and has great prices. Ample parking at the property also. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to stay in the Edmond or Kenmore or even Seattle area.
