The dwelling unit is fully furnished and brand new! It was built within the last year and has one bedroom and one bathroom. There is a queen size bed with a closet, a futon bed so the unit can hold a family of four. There is a washer and dryer set as well and we have provided towels, laundry detergent, and dish soap. The neighborhood is very quiet and as a family of five, we don't make much noise and are also in a separate building.

This was a large, comfortable space in a great, walkable neighborhood with restaurants and other conveniences. The hosts were friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns we had.My only real complaint is that the listing photo gives the impression that the entry is right off the driveway. The door that's shown is for a family business, and the entry to the rental is around back, up a flight of stairs. It wasn't a huge issue for us, but others may find that to be relevant.Would definitely stay here again.
The location of this apartment was extremely convenient for visiting our son's family in Shoreline. The setting was completely quiet and the bed very comfortable, so we easily slept off our jet lag. The onsite washer and dryer were a huge help, as we had traveled with only carry-on luggage.
This home is immaculate! Great location, amenities, close to I-5, and so many walkable trails nearby. Tesfaye and her family were wonderful hosts - I’d recommend this place to everyone.
The owner was very nice and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy, with plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed. The shower had strong pressure, which I really appreciated. There was plenty of seating and an outdoor patio area. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in Shoreline!
Well kept apartment in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for 2-70 year olds. Good access to I-5 as we traveled to several National Parks in the area. Owner of the property was friendly, but not intrusive. He explained the check in & check out process, and everything went smoothly.
Nice clean place, there are a lot of stairs to get in which we knew as they have it in their pictures. Close to all amenities groceries etc. Cafe Aroma was always our morning stop. Then out for the day of activities. Bed was comfortable. Extra blankets if needed. Host was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again if we came back to this area.
We had a great time on our trip. This place was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Our son was able to stop in & have dinner with us. The kitchen had what we needed & the dining table was big enough for everyone. The owner was easy to communicate with on our stay. If we come to this area again we would stay here again. Thank you!
I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Tesfaye's home. He was very gracious. The space was roomy. There were plenty of supplies, such as dishes and cookware. The washer and dryer worked great! It felt like being in the middle of a forest, and it was very quiet. Plenty of parking, close to I-5, so convenient!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Unfortunately I can't fit everything into the 1500 characters allotted, but here are the bullet points:- terrible/non-existent communication from the host--we stayed there for 9 days and NEVER got confirmation about where we were supposed to park or take trash - there was ZERO toilet paper, tissues, or paper towels and there were no trash bags for the large, main trashcan--because we arrived after midnight on our first night, we had to go out and buy all these things for ourselves out of our own pocket- the ice machine mechanism had been taken out of the freezer and put into the sink before we arrived; when we opened the freezer, and avalanche of ice fell out onto the floor, which we then had to clean- there was molding food left in the microwave- the coffee left in the coffee-maker was molding - there was dog hair all over every single blanket and the couch (this caused 10/10 bad allergies for my entire stay)- the heat was difficult to figure out and there were no instructions in the listing or anywhere in the home- there were used and crusty towels hanging from the bathroom sink- there were stinky shoes in the bedroom- despite all the money, time, and effort we put into making our stay livable, all our host offered was to cover the cleaning fee, which is insane because it clearly had not been cleaned in months
The space was clean and roomy. It sits on a quiet street. Full size kitchen was nice to prepare food. Loved having the extra apps for watching tv in the evening. The owners were excellent to work with and responded promptly to questions or concerns we had. Easy to work with. There was an issue with some of the bath towels but it was addressed. We do make trips up occasionally to visit family and will consider staying here again.
The photos didn’t do this property justice! This space had all the amenities we needed and was cozy for us two. We had everything we needed to cook meals, and longer after long days of walking hiking and exploring Seattle. A bonus was that Trader Joe’s was within a mile so our first day we took a short LYFT ride over to grab groceries and snacks for our week stay. A huge plus is the accessibility to public transportation just download the transit go app! Tesfaye was also communicative and friendly when we saw him In person a couple of times, he lived next door which was nice in case we had needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!
Positives: great location, comfortable bed, good shower pressure, plenty of towels. Kitchen seemed to be well stocked, but we really did not use it. Negatives: Didn’t realize there were steep stairs going up. Could be problematic for someone with mobility issues. Ice maker was apparently broken. It was sitting in top of the fridge. Also, parking was confusing. Overall, adequate, but definitely not a “new build” as advertised. Needs some TLC.

Nice little nest
Overall, a nice place to stay. It was a relatively new property, with a well- equipped kitchen, nice bath and comfortable bed. The property is in a nice rural location, quiet and yet accessible to major thoroughfares.
Unfortunately, a couple of downs vexed us; as is all too typical with these rentals, the tv access is Terrible, with absolutely no current programming. A total news blackout! Secondly, the most uncomfortable couch in all Seattle. Also, the steep entry staircase, which would be problematic for older folks, was not mentioned in the initial ad.
All in all, we'd certainly stay here again and put up with the little issues!
Great location, well-stocked, nice residential location
I was there for two weeks and very much appreciated the full-size fridge/freezer with water on the door. Kitchen was well stocked. Washer/dryer were great to have. I worked remote and the wifi was very fast! I also enjoyed having access to Hulu and other stuff services. The host was very responsive to text messages. It was the perfect space for me. One thing to note is the unit I stayed in was on the second floor of a two story dwelling and at times during the day the lower level unit was occupied by the host’s friends and family members. The sounds of people talking and the tv were at times distracting.

Nice apartment, nice neighborhood
We stayed here while we worked to prepare our own home for sale. It was an ideal location for us. The landlord lives next door and was very welcoming, but never intrusive. We had no issues with this apartment, everything was as described. Our only regret was the stairs. They were steep enough to be uncomfortable with groceries in hand. One of our small dogs couldn’t bring himself to tackle the stairs, so he was carried up and down for the duration. Mr Demissey has other units and we would have no hesitation staying in a Ground floor space in the future.
