Welcome to this cozy, comfortable apartment in Playa de Gandía. It is prepared for 6 persons + 2 extra.
It counts with a communitary chlorine pool of 10m x 4m (max. depth 1,80m). Enjoy relaxing evenings on the terrace, with family and friends.

This 95m2 apartment is situated on the second floor, with elevator. There are 3 bed rooms: 1 with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and 2 bedrooms with two individual beds each. There is another bathroom with a bath tub, for general use.
In the spatious living- and dining room you will find a sofa bed (which offers sleeping places for two extra persons), a television and a dining table for 8. The independent kitchen works with gas and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a great meal during your stay. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The area of Playa de Gandía counts with everything you need during your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, markets and a huge variety of leisure activities. The over 3km long beach with fine white sand counts with lots of restaurants and different watersports, which will make your holiday unforgettable.

Note: Please, note, that we do not accept youth groups under 24 years for this apartment. We need to know the ages of all travellers to confirm the reservation. We might ask for copies of all passports, later on.

Swimming pool available from 01/06 to 30/09. Maximum capacity in 2020: 30 people

Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival.
