We rent a cozy apartment on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca.

The apartment is on the second floor and offers an incomparable view over the dunes to the Mediterranean. The well-kept palm garden with sunbathing areas has a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool.

The apartment is equipped for a relaxing holiday for up to 4 people.

There is heating for your stay in the colder months. The large roof terrace invites you to sunbathe extensively in the off-season.

Fiestas: For those who don't want to spend their vacation exclusively on the beach, there are numerous options.

This region is known for its numerous fiestas. During Holy Week, for example, pompous processions take place in Oliva.

The fallas are particularly popular. They peak when the night of the 19th March, paper mache figures created artistically are sacrificed to the fire - a spectacle that is even noticed in German media.

This is usually the start of the fiesta season. Numerous fiestas, Moros y Cristianos and other events take place all year round and not only offer a lot of variety and fun for the spectators. Each village has its own fiestas. Almost all of these events are accompanied by spectacular fireworks and / or firecracker concerts.

Appartment close to beach

Appartment in a Nice location within walking distance to beaches, very clean and tidy inside and that is how we leave it and so should everyone else renting ,we should treat it as though its yours technically is for the vacation period , will be coming again but next year i have costly home improvements to attend so will miss the village of piles.

Extremely Clean Tidy Updated Apartment

Stayed here as its a good location with sea views close to beaches and Autopisto to travel ,apartment has a good vibe, comfortable feel, a home from home with air-conditioning much needed on odd nights of mugginess ( humidity) when sea breeze has gone occasionally, daytime its back to normal refreshing. Host ( owner) was a very pretty pleasant , pleasing lady exellent in her line of work so everything was clean tidy and not cluttered up ,this ticks all boxes. Appliances were exellent even though we spent more time in restaurants and eating out which averaged €50 per night for 3 of us ,value for money at local bahia bar or el racos restaurant walking distance away from the apartment hopefully we will return again .Gary

Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit Traumlage

Wohnung: mit allem ausgestattete, saubere Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Küche, einem grossen Wohn-/Essbereich und einem grossen Balkon. Lage: einfach nur perfekte Lage, 2. Stock, Blick direkt auf den Strand und das Mittelmeer. 2min zu Fuß direkt zum Strand oder in 1min zum Pool der Wohnanlage (den ich aber nie genutzt habe, warum auch...?). Wie erholsam es sein kann, einfach nur auf dem Balkon oder am Meer zu sitzen und das Meer zu beobachten und dem Rauschen zuzuhören... unbezahlbar :) Ausstattung: WLAN, TV (auch mit deutschsprachigem SAT-Programm), Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank (mit TK), Warmwasserboiler. Alles was mir u.U. gefehlt hat, war ein Toaster. Sauberkeit: alles wurde sauber, frisch gewaschen und gereinigt übergeben. Zum Abschluss des Besuchs, Putzen nicht vergessen ^^ Umgebung: zur Autobahn E15 sind es knappe 10min, 10min nach Oliva und ca. 15min nach Gandia, Parkplätze waren immer direkt vorm Haus frei. Außerhalb der Saison sind leider viele Geschäfte/Restaurants in Playa del Piles geschlossen. Entweder fährt man etwas weiter zum Essen oder kauft in den nahegelegenen Supermärkten ein (ca. 5-10min entfernt) Kommunikation: Absolut perfekt, freundlich und zuvorkommend, Danke dafür :) Check-In/Out: vollkommen unkompliziert Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub zum Abschalten und ein Juwel am Strand. Ich komme sicher wieder :D

Entspannender Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Es gibt keine Negativen Bemerkungen. Zur Lage: Die Aussicht und die Nähe zum Meer waren die Voraussetzung für diese Buchung. Zum Meer waren gerade mal ein paar Schritte. Der Strand war praktisch Menschenleer. Abends kamen Einheimische zum Wind- und Kitesurfen. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und einige servieren das Essen auch zu mitteleuropäischen Zeiten. (12.00 Uhr und 18.00Uhr). Diese muss man aber suchen. Ein Auto ist also ein Muss. Alles in allem, uns hat's gefallen. Wir empfehlen es.

einfach nur wunderschön

Wir waren begeistert von allem, es entsprach alles unseren Wünschen und wir können diese Unterkunft und die ganz liebe, sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin Hilde nur weiterempfehlen. Prachtig gelegen. Helemaal compleet. We hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen. Aardige verhuurster. Leuk restaurant in de buurt en binnen een paar km. diverse grote supermarkten. Wij waren er tijdens de Fallas. Heel leuk!

Ein Ferienparadies

Der Emfpang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Die FeWo entsprach voll unseren Vorstellungen, wurden zum Teil sogar übertroffen. Traumhafte Lage, direkt am weitläufigen Sandstrand. Auch die Anlage selbst ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. In der Nähe der Anlage gibt es Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mandarinen- und Orangenplantagen laden zu Spaziergängen ein. Ein sehr großer Vorteil ist, dass die Vermieter überaus hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar sind, da sie selbst in der Nähe wohnen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die FeWo auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße Doris und Michael

Ce n´est pas la 1ère fois et ni la dernière fois que nous (en tant que famille avec des enfants) étions à Oliva chez Hilde et Manfred. C´est toujours avec grand plaisir que nous revenons dans cet appartement. Situé en face de la plage, le logement est très soigné et spacieux (idéal pour une famille mais également pour deux couples) avec un équipement de très bonne qualité. Il ne manque rien pour pouvoir profiter au maximum de ces vacances. Hilde et Manfred sont très accueillants, serviables et flexibles. Merci à vous et à une prochaine.

Sonnentage in Playa de Piles

Wir hatten schöne erholsame Urlaubstage . Unser Apartment entsprach voll unseren Vorstellungen für einen gelungenen Urlaub, der mit einer knappen Woche zu kurz war. Dafür freuen wir uns umsomehr auf unseren Langzeiturlaub im Januar bis März 2019 in der Anlage Don Salva. Diese Unterkunft können wir nur jedem empfehlen. Mit Hilde und Manni hatten wir auch die besten Vermieter, die für Alles ein offenes Ohr hatten. Mit den besten Grüßen wieder aus Deutschland von Erwin & Helma.

Un séjour très agréable

Avec mon épouse, nous avons séjourné 4 semaines dans l'appartement. Les photos présentes sur le site correspondent en tout point à ce que nous avons découvert sur place, tant pour l'appartement que pour la vue à l'extérieur. Tout était en ordre et propre. Hilde et Manfred nous ont accueilli très amicalement en nous fournissant toutes les informations utiles. Il ne faut surtout pas hésiter à solliciter Hilde si l'on a un une question ou un petit souci! Elle répond toujours "présente". Nous avons recommandé l'appartement à un couple ami en vacances à Dénia et qui nous a rendu visite pendant notre séjour. Durant celui-ci, nous avons pu constater que le quartier est très calme. Il est un peu plus animé, sans plus, le week-end, en journée, par les allées et venues de personnes désireuses de profiter de la plage de sable blanc ou des "kite surfer" que nous avons souvent observés avec intérêt, installés confortablement à la terrasse. Nous avons occupé la chambre donnant sur la mer pour pouvoir entendre le bruit des vagues en nous endormant. La piscine est parfaite mais l'eau un peu trop chaude pour tirer des longueurs. L'an prochain je nagerai en mer. Il y a une belle promenade carrelée qui longe la plage et qui mène à quelques restaurants et commerces (fruits et légumes, boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie, épicerie). En voiture, il est possible de rejoindre d'autres restaurants et grandes surfaces et Gandia et Oliva sont alors tout proches. Notre séjour est déjà réservé pour mai/juin de l'an prochain. Un couple de jeunes pensionné belges de 65 ans.
