This home can accommodate 4 guests and it is in a great area to begin your adventure. It is located on the westside within a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway or downtown area within minutes. We have furnished the home with comfortable furnishings that blend nicely with the architecture and encourage relaxation. Everything that you might need for a pleasant stay has been provided.



Upon arrival you will enter entry foyer leading to the living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room is furnished with a large sectional couch and one accent chair for encouraged relaxation. You can enjoy watching movies on a 55” smart TV with blue ray player, free Netflix or stream your favorite movies via our free Wi-Fi. The dining room is open to the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices/herbs/coffee, cookware, glassware and dinnerware and coffee maker everything you may need is provided. Just grab your groceries and you’re set to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. There is a laundry facility in the unit with a washer and dryer and we do supply basic laundering supplies.



Each of the two queen sized bedrooms are furnished with two night stands with two lamps, a dresser with large closets. The two bedrooms are located up six stairs and share a common full bathroom. Our bathrooms are fully supplied with fine bath linens, body soap, shampoo, condition, and liquid hand soap/lotion with hair dryers for the convenience of our guests. A private patio with beautiful back backyard where you can enjoy the bluebirds or view the night lights of the town from the dining room. There is off street parking and this unit is family friendly with child gate, play-n-pack and a highchair.Must climb stairs to enter this duplex home.



Just pack your clothing and pick up a few groceries to experience a clean, safe environment for an enjoyable stay.

The home is 'as advertised'. It was well equipped with all the basics and more. The beds were very comfortable and the linens--sheets and towels--were top notch. The small patio and backyard felt very private. The driveway is steep, but the garage was a bonus. If you care about STAIRS.... The pictures show a few steps to the front door; there were 8 or 9. Also the home is a split-level, with the bedrooms and bathroom half a flight up, and the garage and driveway half a flight down from the living/dining/kitchen rooms. The neighborhood was nice, situated up the hill from downtown, and communication with the property managers was easy--lots of reminders in the house and they were very responsive via text.

Managers make it really easy to communicate with them. The unit was sparkling and provided extras like sanitizers, wipes, etc. Their linens & towels are plenty & of great quality, same as coffee & kitchen utensils. The only suggestion: a bigger cutting board & more shampoo. Overall our experience was great!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very easy to find and is located in a quiet, residential area just off a main road running through the valley. Lock box on the front door avoids having to get any keys from some other location which is great. Property was very clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of very nice towels were provided which was wonderful!! Hosts had left us a welcoming bottle of wine and lots of ice in the refrigerator. Nice private small back area you can sit out in. Overall, we would be very happy to stay here again. Thank you for hosting us.

Clean and nice neighborhood.

Super clean and nice area in Yakima. Owners kept in touch and were easy to work with. The house was a little dated and the kitchen didnt have some things like a can opener or storage containers but great other than that. I am not sure if I missed the info or if it wasnt disclosed but thought I rented a house and it was actually a duplex. No big deal though. I would stay here again. The bottle of wine was a great touch!
