The rental was just as described. We arrived earlier than our check in time and the property manager allowed us to check in early which was very helpful. House was clean and not far from Broadway. Overall great stay with no complaints.

Great location for a girls trip

All was as expected from photos. Area is close to downtown. They are revitalizing the neighborhood so a little noisy with construction but not too bad. Would recommend to a group of adults.

Townhouse in Nashville

The townhouse was close to everything. It was nicely furnished and had a very nice kitchen. It had everything we needed, including coffee when we got there. Truthfully, we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the townhouse. We were there for graduations and had to attend many other functions and dinners. The garage was really nice to have.

We were traveling with friends to attend the Indy Vat race but wanted to be close to Broadway for evening entertaining. The condo was as described. Plenty of linen, coffee and supplies The host was prompt in answering questions leading up to our stay. We would recommend to others visit f the area .also the garage for parking was a great touch

Wagon Wheel Condo

I booked this condo, Wagon Wheel, because it was outside the pandemonium of downtown Nashville but yet close enough to not be an issue! The area is kind of Industrial but do not let that scare you! This condo was spotless, exactly as presented in the VRBO! Everything was in great shape and in perfect working order! If you do not mind being less than 10 min from downtown Book It! Has a two car garage which is very nice!

girls trip!

We loved our stay at wagon wheel property! The Vrbo was very clean and cute !! Super close to Topgolf, and the lifts downtown weren’t bad at all! It was perfect for our girls weekend! I would definitely stay at this property again in the future! The only comment we have is that the listing is not clear enough about the queen bed, which is actually a pull out sofa bed! We would’ve booked the property either way, so it doesn’t affect my overall rating. However, I do feel the listing could’ve been more accurate on that aspect!

Cozy home away from home!

Our family enjoyed the time in Nashville and loved coming home to Allison’s quaint and cozy home. The beds were VERY comfortable and laundry was easy to do thanks to the washer/drier being conveniently located by the bedrooms upstairs. The neighborhood wasn’t the most desirable but thanks to the other reviews, we weren’t surprised by this. If I’m offering any advice for Allison, it’s to leave clear instructions for using the TV and to consider upgrading the internet to support streaming (since this is the service provided). Other than this minor detail, it was perfect!

Good place in Nashville

Nice & clean property. Simple check in and check out. Kitchen came with everything we needed to cook a couple of meals. We had 4-6 people, was better for 4 since it’s only 2 bedrooms but there was enough space for 6. Queen is a pull out in living room and not super comfy but other beds were fine. Location was decent - we went to east Nashville, Opry, downtown - so it was central enough. Ubers/lifts were all between $8-$30ish depending on where we were going and time of day (to and back from places). [we didn’t stay out past midnight]. Never felt unsafe - husband and I even walked to go to a coffee shop one morning and it was good.

Birthday celebration/college tour

We came to Nashville to tour Vanderbilt and celebrate our daughter’s birthday. I found this property and the reviews were good. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to drive into a private garage every night and go into the comforts of home. We would definitely stay again.
