Voted one of the hottest USA neighborhoods by Redfin, Eastwood is located in East Nashville and less than 2 miles from downtown Nashville. You'll be staying in a great neighborhood, yet blocks, and a very short distance to everything you'll love about Nashville.
Lockland Table restaurant is less than a mile away along with many other local establishments to visit including antiques, clothing, unique gifts, and so much more. On top of the local eclectic mix surrounding you in East Nashville, the downtown vibe is only 2 miles from your door step!
We welcome you to Nashville and would love to host you durning your visit. the home is a non-smoking property, and just ask you take care of it as your own. We thank you in advance as do our future guests. :)
The cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a bathtub/shower combination in one and a new bathroom with a shower just added in January 2026. The bathrooms will have plenty of towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner.......everything you will need for your stay. In each bedroom you'll find very comfortable beds with only the best sheets and comforter. In one bedroom you will have a king bed and the other room a queen. Each bedroom also includes a sit down area with mirror and hair dryer along with a full length mirror as well. No need to stay in the bathroom when you have a comfy seat to get ready for your day with everything at the makeup vanity table in both bedrooms. Just added a steamer located in the front bedroom closet to take the wrinkles out before you go out!
The new West Elm couch converts to another queen bed with memory foam, sleeping 2 more guests. In all your cottage sleeps 6 very comfortably.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you will need during your stay. Washer and Dryer is also included with laundry soap for the wash.
A large screen TV is ready for you in the living room along with Free WiFi and a Crosley Record Player with a wide range of albums for you to enjoy during your stay.
Lastly, out the back door you'll find a comfortable deck with lights to relax with friends/family. We really think you'll enjoy our cottage/surrounding area and can't wait to hear about your stay!

The location was perfect. I love East Nashville as it's close to my family and this house was close to everything! Not even a 5 minute drive to all the good restaurants and easy to navigate. House is super cute, clean, and was exactly what we needed for our stay. Gary was great at communicating and answered all my questions!

Great place for our family of 4. Location was perfect, loved the beds and the shower. We could have easily walked to the grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants, and it was only a short drive into downtown for the farmers market and shopping. The host Gary was so responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We loved this house. So cute and clean and we loved the deck out back. The location is great. Cute neighborhood out crowded downtown. Walking distance to some great places. Gary was very responsive and a good host. Will definitely be staying here again.

Such a cute little house! Everything within the house was as expected. It was rather central to everything we were wanting to do, and rideshares were easy to get. There is a few breakfast places and a Publix within 10 minutes of walking. It was a great place to land and regroup after enjoying the day and before going out for nights.

Host was very kind and prompt in responding. Clean little vintage house that brought back memories from my childhood, including the train horn at night. The king bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is quite small. The location was very nice, short drive to Broadway, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Appreciated the coffee and creamers provided.

This is a very thoughtfully provisioned house that was immaculately clean in a quiet extremely convenient neighborhood in Nashville. I loved it! The record player with records was a fun touch. Check in and check out were a breeze. Owner was very kind and communicative. Highly, highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location! It’s centrally located and easy to get to all your favorite things to do. The beds and pillows are phenomenal! The best sleep ever had on vacation! Check in was super easy and the owner was very quick to respond if there were questions. This little home was very cute and loved the records and record player.Great little restaurants and coffee places close by as well as grocery stores and other essentials stores if needed.Would definitely stay agin.

Such a great location, convenient to everything yet so peaceful and quiet! The beds were super comfy and we really enjoyed the record player, front porch and back deck also! We really enjoyed the local dining (Five Points Pizza and The Pharmacy) and record stores (Grimey and Vinyl Drip). We had a great day in Franklin (The Factory) and of course downtown Nashville Gibson Store and Broadway strip. We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves so much! Why they chose this property

When purchasing this property I thought to myself, "this is the best of both worlds". First it's located in a small eclectic start-up community. It's safe, feels small, local, both old and new in that the area has completely come back to life. Yet on the other hand it's only 2 miles to all the action in downtown Nashville. For sure a great location! In 2016 Redfin called this one of the hottest neighborhoods in the the United States.

What makes this property unique

You'll be in a safe, quiet neighborhood yet just a walk or short drive to many great restaurants and music venues. The cottage is really the best of both worlds......not to mention staying in this cozy mid century cottage while enjoying everything Nashville has to offer. :)
Lastly and very important while staying with us is a good nights sleep. You'll be super comfy with our high quality bedding and protected with Cleanbrands encasements for a clean, healthy and comfortable sleep each night.
