Entrance hall, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, washing machine) open to the Dining room: table for lunch, chairs.

Living room: 2 sofas in the living room, coffee table, armchairs.
Shower room and separate WC, TV, Internet.
Outside: balcony equipped with tables and chairs, BBQ.
On the garden level:
- 1 junior room with sea view: bedroom with 160 cm bed and cabin bedroom with 2 single 80 cm beds, shower room and WC, TV, Internet.
- 1 bedroom with sea view, 160 bed with shower room and wc. TV, Internet.
Outside: terrace, garden furniture, 3 X 9 swimming pool heated from May to September with beach, sunbathing.
Parking platform for 3 vehicles.
Parking in front of the Villa to also park the one way lane.
