Les Issambres, villa in Provence style for 10 persons, magnificent seaview overlooking the bay of St Tropez, brand new private swimming pool 10m x 5m heated (on demand and for 25€ per day) and offering panoramic seaview, large living room, 3 very large terraces, barbecue/plancha, very quiet. Air conditioning in all rooms. Fiber optic internet access. Beaches are less than a mile away.
A team of gardeners comes twice a month, and a specialist comes twice a week to take care of the swimming pool during the summer months.

Alles bestens - Wir kommen wieder!

Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir haben die Villa für 2 Wochen gemietet und sind sehr begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Lage bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Auch der Kontakt mit Stéphane ist sehr nett und professionell. Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Alles in einem haben wir uns sehr gut erholt und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Villa!

Flott hus og utsikt men noen minus

Huset lå fantastisk til, og var praktisk og greit og med en utrolig nydelig utsikt, greit basseng. Huset var imidlertid ikke ordentlig rengjort når vi kom, mye spindelvev og rusk og rask i kroker, på gulv og i hyller. Det er også tydelig fuktskader i huset, og på 3 av soverommene nede er det mugglukt og dårlig å sove. Klærne i koffert og skap, og natttøy luktet mugg etter første natten, og må vaskes ved hjemkomst. Ikke ok å sove i. Hadde det ikke vært for dette hadde det vært en helt optimal ferie. VI opplevde huseier som seriøs, og han besvarte alle våre spørsmål. Vanskelig å få tak i vaktmester dog. Vi fikk ikke den informasjonen vi skulle ha ved ankomst, og hadde en del spørsmål etter hvert. men som sagt, huseier var svært behjelpelig! Summasumarum, huset var flott men ikke ok med mugg. Dette bør opplyses om, evt reduseres utleiepris

Agréable pour un groupe

Déçus par l'état du mobilier extérieur côté piscine et déçus par l'état des sanitaires à l'intérieur. Ca ne valait pas le prix que nous avions payé.

Merci pour votre note 4 étoiles très favorable. De nouvelles chaises longues italiennes haut de gamme ont été installées pour le confort de nos hôtes. Les 5 salles de bain disponibles sont très appréciées pour leur décor et équipement.

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben in Ihrem Haus zwei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Garten gepflegt und üppig bepflanzt, die Aussicht großartig. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Besonders auch, dass aufgrund der 5 Schlafzimmer jeder seine Privatsphäre hatte. Ihr Hausmeister ist sehr professionell und hilfsbereit. Sobald wir wissen, wann wir im nächsten Jahr Urlaub machen, würde ich mich wieder bei Ihnen melden.

merveilleux et fortement recommandé

Nous avons passé deux belles semaines dans votre maison et avons apprécié le temps. La maison est très agréable, bien entretenu jardin et planté de verdure, la perspective d'une beauté exceptionnelle. Il nous a tous beaucoup. Surtout qu'en raison de la 5 chambres chacun avait sa vie privée. Le gardien est très bien versé et serviable.

excellente pas de défauts majeurs. assistance du gardien très efficace. a signaler : douche de la chambre indépendante incommode une douchette manuelle souhaitable

Let's go back!

"Les Gamins" is a perfect place for a multi-generation holiday or a vacation with friends. While the common areas like living room, kitchen, terrasse or swimming pool offer ample space for social interactions, the 5 big bedrooms with private bath rooms give the necessary privacy for everyone. The house is very well located, quiet but close to all places of interest like beaches, shopping-centers and towns. Not to forget the spectacular view: Watching the sunset over the Golf of St. Tropez while sipping an Apéro and waiting for the barbecue to be ready makes you indeed feel like being in paradise. The house is furnished with diligence and stile and the kitchen is well equipped to serve a bunch of hungry people. With the big fenced garden it's also very suitable for dogs and the close-by "chemin de santé" or Col du Bugnon offer the possibilities for long walks or men trailing. Last but not least, the prize:benefit ratio is absolutely good. In summary, a place to recommend and to go back to.

Maison à recommender!

Superbe villa installée avec du goût et très bien entretenue. Bien située avec une merveilleuse vue sur la mer et un beau jardin pour se flàner, reposer, diner, qui était aussi apprécié par nos chiens. Avec une voiture, tous les sites intéressants (comme plage, centre commercial, villes et surtout le Col de Bugnon pour des belles excursions) sont en tout proximité. Bref, nous 9 humains et 3 chiens suisses ont passé des vacances parfaits et nous reviendrons avec plaisir l'année prochaine.

Fantastic Family Holiday!

Villa has a spectacular view, was just as described and everything in new or near new condition. Handover was quick and efficient and we had no need to call for assistance or to get maintenance done. The pool is very clean and private, yet has all day sun and plenty of lounges, cushions and umbrellas. Main terrace area is perfect for outside dining all day long and we made much use of the barbeque each evening. Location is spot on, within easy reach of Les Issambres village for fresh bread in the morning or to get supplies. Beach access is also easy and plenty of parking. Downstairs accomodation is perfect for teenagers - all rooms had their own bathrooms. off street, under cover parking is a big advantage.
