**Here's the pitch:**

Imagine your own private margarita deck with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the Sierra de la Laguna mountains. Casa 1 Sea is just 488 steps (yes, we counted!) from Cerritos Beach, a perfect spot for surfing and swimming. You'll also have access to miles of scenic hiking and biking trails, plus great restaurants nearby.

**Location:**

Casa 1 Sea is located in the Cerritos Sunrise development, 10 miles south of Todos Santos and 30 miles north of Cabo San Lucas. While the drive can be bumpy, the adventure is rewarding. Note that we cater to independent travelers and do not provide hotel services like room or towel service. Also, our water is trucked in, so we encourage guests to use it conservatively.

Start your days with coffee and breathtaking sunrises or catch surfers at dawn. In the evening, enjoy a barbecue while watching the sunset over the Pacific. If you're visiting between December and April, keep an eye out for migrating gray whales!

Our 1,400-square-foot condo includes a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a main bedroom with a peekaboo view of the ocean. Upstairs, your expansive margarita deck (over 1,200 sq. ft.) features a shaded palapa, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, lounge chairs, and a private outdoor shower.

Upon arrival, our onsite management team from Barefoot Luxury Properties will provide fresh linens and water. For adventure seekers, activities like surf lessons, side-by-side tours, and trips to turtle sanctuaries can be arranged. For relaxation, enjoy the resort pool or take a short walk to the beach. Remember, in Baja, there are no bad days!

We love the condo, always clean, excellent communication with the property manager, the upstairs roof top is my favorite, the most beautiful sunsets for dinner and place to relax or exercise. Also love the provided boogie board, surf board, and beach umbrella, with just a quick walk to the beach!!

Great Views from roof top terrace
We loved Casa 1 sea so much. Roof top views were great for sunrises, sunsets, and views of the ocean. We also saw many whales from up there. The condo was located in the perfect location to the beach and restaurants all within walking distance. Casa Maya is on the property and had fresh fish and sushi. It was our favorite. We tried free soul and Shacky's and they were good as well. The condo was a perfect size and was well equiped. We definitely will be back. Thank you for sharing this great property!

Beautiful view and comfortable condo
The condo is comfortable and has everything we needed. It is a short flat walk to the beach - about 5 minutes. The patio deck is a great feature. You can see most of the surf break from the deck. We were very happy with our stay.

Amazing location…. Can’t wait to go back!
Such a great location. The pools are great, the beach is amazing, the condo is very comfortable and the sunsets on the roof are a dream come true! Will definitely book again.

When can we come Back?
We had an amazing stay at Cerritos beach! The condo was fantastic, our favorite was the rooftop to eat meals, enjoy the sunset and the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand! Loved that the condo was equipped with boogie board, beach umbrella and surfboard. A short and easy walk to the beach and pool on-site kept us with plenty to do. We’d love to stay again!

No Bad Days
Thank you Kara and Dan for letting us celebrate our 35th Anniversary at this magical place. Grounds were spectacular, beach was a 5 minute walk and enjoyed the local spot (close by) Shakas! Great food, drinks and company. We will definitely come back to your place. We’ve been going to Mexico for years and this was far the best place
