The heart of Casa 1 Sea is the rooftop.

Unlike many condos, this entire space belongs only to you. Start your mornings with coffee while surfers paddle out below. Spend lazy afternoons reading beneath the palapa. Fire up the BBQ after a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and settle in with your favorite drink as the Pacific sky turns brilliant shades of gold, orange, and pink.

Our hand-painted Baja folk-art posts remind us why we love this place. They're colorful, colorful, handcrafted and full of Baja personality.

Inside you'll find over 1,400 square feet of comfortable living space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need to feel at home. Many guests tell us the condo is wonderfully comfortable—but it's the rooftop they remember long after they've returned home.

Cerritos Beach is one of Baja's most loved surfing and swimming beaches, with miles of shoreline perfect for morning walks, boogie boarding, or simply relaxing with your toes in the sand. Nearby Todos Santos offers wonderful restaurants, local art galleries, shopping, and live music, while adventure seekers can enjoy surf lessons, ATV tours, fishing, turtle releases, and more.

Visiting between December and April? Bring your coffee upstairs—you may spot migrating gray whales from the rooftop as they pass along the Pacific coast.

Before You Book

Casa 1 Sea is a privately owned vacation home, not a full-service resort, and we think that's part of its charm.

Fresh linens and towels are provided before your arrival, and our local management team at Barefoot Luxury Properties is available should you need assistance during your stay. There is no daily housekeeping or towel service.

Like many homes throughout Baja, water is trucked into the community, so we simply ask our guests to enjoy this precious resource thoughtfully.

The final stretch into Cerritos is on an unpaved road. For us, it's where everyday life begins to fade away and Baja begins.

Whether you're here for surfing, whale watching, pickleball, sunsets, or simply doing absolutely nothing, we hope Casa 1 Sea becomes one of those places you'll want to return to again and again.

We loved this place! I stayed with my husband and two teenagers. The beds were really comfy, the cold filtered water was such a treat and the top patio is as amazing as it looks. I have only positive things to say. I would definitely book here again. Can sometimes hear construction from the hill but that is Cerritos and it wasn’t bad.

This place is a dream! Kara (the owner) was incredibly responsive when I had questions planning our trip. The town is so beautiful, charming and safe. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. Be sure to book with CRT surf shop (ask for Juan) if you want to enjoy the surf at Cerritos beach. My daughter is already planning next year’s adventure back to this sweet town.

The condo is very well outfitted and extremely comfortable. Everything you need for a wonderful stay. The rooftop terrace is amazing for watching the sunrise, sunset and whales breaching. The pool area is the perfect place to chill after a busy morning. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and groceries. Kara is super communicative and offered lots of suggestions for restaurants and activities.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Amazing sunset views each evening, and sunrises for those that are awake that early. Restaurants close by and literally only steps to the beach or a pool at the bottom of the stairs. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking some rest and relaxation.

We love the condo, always clean, excellent communication with the property manager, the upstairs roof top is my favorite, the most beautiful sunsets for dinner and place to relax or exercise. Also love the provided boogie board, surf board, and beach umbrella, with just a quick walk to the beach!!

Great Views from roof top terrace
We loved Casa 1 sea so much. Roof top views were great for sunrises, sunsets, and views of the ocean. We also saw many whales from up there. The condo was located in the perfect location to the beach and restaurants all within walking distance. Casa Maya is on the property and had fresh fish and sushi. It was our favorite. We tried free soul and Shacky's and they were good as well. The condo was a perfect size and was well equiped. We definitely will be back. Thank you for sharing this great property!

Beautiful view and comfortable condo
The condo is comfortable and has everything we needed. It is a short flat walk to the beach - about 5 minutes. The patio deck is a great feature. You can see most of the surf break from the deck. We were very happy with our stay.

Amazing location…. Can’t wait to go back!
Such a great location. The pools are great, the beach is amazing, the condo is very comfortable and the sunsets on the roof are a dream come true! Will definitely book again.

When can we come Back?
We had an amazing stay at Cerritos beach! The condo was fantastic, our favorite was the rooftop to eat meals, enjoy the sunset and the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand! Loved that the condo was equipped with boogie board, beach umbrella and surfboard. A short and easy walk to the beach and pool on-site kept us with plenty to do. We’d love to stay again!

No Bad Days
Thank you Kara and Dan for letting us celebrate our 35th Anniversary at this magical place. Grounds were spectacular, beach was a 5 minute walk and enjoyed the local spot (close by) Shakas! Great food, drinks and company. We will definitely come back to your place. We’ve been going to Mexico for years and this was far the best place
