Over 12 acres of secluded, quiet pastures and woods. Nearly 600 feet on the river waterfront to explore. All kinds of wildlife. Owls, deer, otter, and even a visiting cow every morning :)
The Santa Fe River is a few steps from the back door of this comfortable and roomy ranch. This house has over 2400 sq ft of space and is a 10 minutes (5 mi) drive from Ginnie Springs, a popular area for scuba diving, canoeing and other water sports Spend time Kayaking, Tubing, swimming and or fishing. Complementary Kayaks, Tubes and rafts on site. Safety flotation vests also on site for each guest.
Rate is for Double Occupancy; additional guests are $30/per person/ per night.
8 Guests max. No Day Guests Without Pre-approval from Hosts.

Vast rolling meadows, mature woods, and nearly 600 feet of riverfront area with huge dock. The Santa Fe River is well known for the springs that feed it. We are also minutes away from The crystal blue Ichetucknee River and State and local parks for tubing , kayaking, snorkeling and diving.
