Villa located in a quiet area at the end of an alley, without the passage of cars. 300 m from the beach and 5 min by bike from the village center (shops / Saturday morning market).

Encore un excellent séjour

Nous sommes encore une fois ravis de notre séjour à l'Épine. La maison est belle, fonctionnelle, spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Elle est agréable par tous les temps : on peut profiter de la terrasse et les enfants du jardin de sable quand il fait beau, et on apprécie sa luminosité et l'espace intérieur quand il pleut. La situation à quelques pas de la plage Saint-Jean et à quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville est idéale.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cette maison à l’occasion des vacances de Pâques et nous sommes toujours aussi contents ! Maison très confortable et bien équipée, située au calme, à proximité de la place et du centre-ville de l’Epine. Le jardin de sable est idéal avec les enfants, les vélos à disposition également. On espère revenir !

Perfect stay

Wir waren begeistert! Das Haus ist modern, luftig (trotz großer Hitze blieb es innen kühl), gut eingerichtet und ideal von der Lage (2 Minuten zum Strand, 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu 2 guten Bäckereien, Markt und Supermarkt). Sehr gefallen hat uns auch, dass der Garten von außen nicht einsehbar ist und sich zum Boulespielen eignet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen Kochutensilien (auch Gewürzen), Außengrill (Plancha), Tiefkühler und Spülmaschine. Auch Waschmaschine, Wäschespinne und Trockner sowie Geschirrhandtücher und Badezimmerteppiche waren vorhanden. Auch die Betreuung durch die lokale Agence hat sehr gut geklappt. Verbesserungspotenzial gäbe es allenfalls noch beim Internet (sehr langsam) und dem etwas altersschwachen Fahrrädern in der Garage. Kurzfristig hatten wir ein Ameisenproblem in der Wohnung, das wir aber schnell lösen konnten. Tipp: Selbst mitbringen sollte man einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrspültabs. Demgegenüber gibt es z.B. Bodyboards, viel Sandspielzeug, Boulekugeln und zwei "Peche a pied"-Sets im Haus. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, wir waren total begeistert und kommen gern wieder.

Sehr schönes helles und modernes Haus. Es gibt zwei getrennte Schlafbereiche mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Zu Fuß ist man in zwei Minutennam Strand. Weitere Strände sind in fünf Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf dieser Insel und positiv überrascht. Insbesondere auch für Genießer kulinarische Köstlichkeiten aus dem Meer zu empfehlen. So kann man bspw. frische Austern verkosten oder frische Muscheln zur Selbszubereitung im Watt sammeln.

Lieu de ressourcement

La maison de Catherine a absolument tout pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour. Tout y est: cuisine très bien équipée, les vélos, la proximité immédiate avec la plage, terrasse, bains de soleil, jeux de plage... Les enfants ont adoré jouer dans le " jardin de sable" pendant que les adultes en profitaient pour se reposer. La maison dans son ensemble, par sa luminosité et sa décoration, appelle à la quiétude et à la sérénité. On sent que Catherine et sa famille ont à coeur que chacun se sente bien dans leur maison. L'arrivée et le départ se passent via une conciergerie, simplicité et efficacité sont au rendez-vous. Absolument parfait !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison au charme typiquement noirmoutrin. Elle est parfaite pour une voire deux familles avec enfants, avec ses 3 chambres bien distribuées et ses 2 salles de bain. Ainsi, nous n'étions pas les uns sur les autres. Les pièces sont spacieuses, baignées de lumière grâce à de grandes baies vitrées et des velux. Tout est meublé et décoré avec goût et simplicité, -y compris la cuisine-, invitant à la quiétude. L'équipement n'est pas en reste, avec de nombreux rangements, du bon matériel de cuisine, des livres, des jeux, et même des vélos à disposition. Enfin, nous avons apprécié son emplacement dans le village de l'Epine, à proximité des commerces, dont une excellente boulangerie assez réputée, et surtout à 300m de la plage. Notons enfin l'efficace et sympathique de l'accueil par Mme Caron, à l'arrivée comme au départ. Bref, nous recommandons chaleureusement, et reviendrons avec plaisir !

C'est simple, il y a tout. L'amabilité, la disponibilité, la propreté, l'agencement, la décoration, la quantité et qualité du matériel mis à disposition, la présence de vélos, d'une terrasse, d'un jardin clos, le calme, la proximité de la plage et des commerces, etc. La liste serait longue mais en résumé on s'y sent bien tout de suite. Bon séjour à noirmoutier

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine, la maison très fonctionnelle , avec de bonnes prestations , est très bien située entre calme et commodités, la mer à proximité ...que du positif, si ce n est 3 points négatifs. La propreté du canapé où nous ne sommes pas assis du séjour , l explication de la personne à l arrivée que cela était dû à la fin de saison étant peu recevable au vue de ses nombreuses tâches pas franchement toutes récentes, de l état de la plancha encore chargée en graisse que nous n avons pas utilisé ...dommage également que les vélos ne soient pas en état de fonctionner du fait de chambres à air crevées et pas réparables...dommage car malgré cela la prestation de cette maison est fort confortable et sans ces soucis de négligence, cela aurait été parfait.
