The Little Condo was perfect for our weekend stay in Nashville; it was equipped with everything we needed and was within walking or BIRD distance of all the things we wanted to see and do.

Thanks so much for your review Laura, appreciate you highlighting our location-as it's one of the most asked questions from inquiring guests. Glad you got to use BIRD, haven't tried yet but hear it's cheap and a lot of fun!

Gorgeous location!
Cozy style makes you feel right at home. Great decor. Great location and convenient parking. Will stay again. Thank you!
This place was exactly as advertised. Perfect for just two people that want to experience Nashville and not be right down on Broadway.

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay and the condo was perfect. The only downfall was the tenants above our condo, they were extremely noisy on Friday night. The heavy footsteps began at 3am and it woke us up! It finally stopped around 4:30am.

Lisa, we are working with the owner of the unit above to put down some area rugs to hopefully absorb the sound as well as we will provide our guests with disposable ear plugs and noise machines.
UPDATE ***The owner from the upstairs unit has agreed to purchase rugs to help muffle the noise from his unit. We hope this will help. We will be following in suit as we also have no rugs laid and bet our 1st floor neighbors have similar complaints.
The little condo was in a great location, close to everything (within 10-15 minutes). Loved the river view. It's a 3-story complex and this one is on the second floor.
The only issue, though not any fault of the ownership. Is the neighbor directly upstairs was very rude. Walking heavily across the floor at all hours of the night (Saturday night at 3:15 am) dropping heavy objects on the floor multiple times. Not sure if the people were residents or renters but just found it rude.
Very small, but ok for husband/wife. Decorated nicely. This seems to be an older unit & it was clean except I wasn't happy with the bathroom. Sufficiently stocked for a long weekend, but if you were staying longer probably not. No elevator (2nd level). We felt safe in the area & Lyft was quick to arrive (it is too far to walk into downtown). Condo above was loud, but overall the noise level wasn’t bad for the facility. The unit had poor lighting so it was hard to find a good place to apply makeup. Nice view of the river from back patio. Keurig coffee maker, so bring k-cups if you are a coffee drinker. If you are sensitive to light the bedroom may bother you because at night there is a light that shines into the room. The sound machine was nice when sleeping.
We enjoyed the place and view. It was clean minus the floors. Overall we would come back!

The noise from above tenants in this rental was terrible. We left after only one night.
The condo was clean and ready at check in. That is about where the positives stopped. The noise from hearing people walking in the above units was extremely loud. It sounded like the ceiling was going to fall in. I’m not sure if there were was a track meet or a mini horse running around all night. The noise didn’t stop until 3 in the morning. Needless to say we only stayed one night of our two night reservation and got a nearby hotel. When I messaged the owner the next morning about our complaints and experience there was no response. I would have expected the owner to try and make it right but didn’t. I hate leaving bad reviews on anything but renters should be aware. Very disappointed in this rental and would not recommend.
Overall the property was very good. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was excellent, and the towels and linens were high-quality. The kitchen was well equipped. Our only negative comment is that you can hear the people on either side, and those above walking on the floor. The floors above are a bit creaky so if you get someone above who is up late or arises early, it is noticeable and can keep a light sleeper awake.
Easy access and covered parking were nice with the weather. Internet speed excellent. Little noisy from unit above us, but not bad. Water pressure in shower is very strong, and my wife ran out of hot water. Everything listed on VRBO is accurate and we had a nice trip.
Location was nice we took Uber every where we went.. decorated with great taste.. Bed was comfortable.. closet space nice to have.. frying pans made perfect omelettes.. we ordered food and drinks from Instacart.. Liz was amazing and so accommodating to our every request.. loved this place!!
Liz was responsive to our questions and was very helpful.
This condo is close enough to downtown to walk or scooter. There are many bars and restaurants in the area.
The condo unit was good. If you are sensitive to noise, you can hear people in the above unit walk around. The bedroom window is in front of a walkway light, that doesn't allow the room to get very dark. Neither the noise or light bothered us. The patio faces the river and we enjoyed watching the boats go by.
Apartment has everything you need for your stay in Nashville.
Spotlessly clean. We did not rent a car and it's less than one mile walk to Broadway and a 5 minute walk to the Brooklyn Bowl, Nashville, where we attended an awesome concert. Excellent communication from Liz, Thanks
Really loved the property! Very clean and easy communication with the host! Close enough to everything where you can walk or take a very cheap Uber. Loved being able to get away from the downtown noise though!

The property could have been cleaner!
The couch was so dirty that I didn’t want to sit on it! It looked like someone sat on it and peed on it. I turn the cushion over and it was stained too! So I sat at the table the whole time. I rented this place so I could sit on the porch but the spiders and the webs where so bad I could not. And then you charged for insurance and said I damaged the couch. Not happy with that.

Our cleaner reported the stain was not there prior to your stay, so yes we filed a claim against your insurance for $15. We do disclose on our listing that an unfortunate by product of being on the river is spiders and their webs. Had this been reported to us, we would have happily sent our cleaning staff over to remedy for you. Problem is it wasn't until after the fact, when we couldn't do anything about it.
Easy location to reach tourist spots walking or via Uber. The area is a bit more industrial/ sparse then I prefer but space served its purpose. The bathroom and dishwasher should be updated soon.
