Newly renovated and beautifully decorated one bedroom, one bath condo with kitchen near downtown Nashville. King bed and sleeper sofa sleeps 4. Sleeps 5 with blow up mattress for an additional fee. First floor. No Stairs. Directly across from beautiful Riverfront Pool. Pool open only from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Walk to Nashville's new Sounds Stadium in 5 min.. 15 minute walk to the heart of Germantown. 20 minute walk to the state Capitol. 25 min walk to Broadway/music row or take a 10 min cab/uber. 15 min. walk to Nashville B-cycle bicycle rental at 424 3rd Ave.

Pet friendly with adjacent pet walking area to this 1st floor condo. Laundry room and exercise room available within the complex. Cant beat this value. Parking included.

Nice location. Within walking distance of downtown or restaurants. Easy parking. We brought our dog and the hosts were welcoming to us and our animal. I would recommend this location.

Property was in a great location for us. About a mile walk downtown which we did several times. Great places to eat a few blocks away right next to the baseball park. Comfy king bed and had all we needed for our stay. Bring some white noise for sleeping. There aren’t any fans and if someone is in the unit above you it is rather loud.

All around nice place.

The condo was well appointed, clean, & stocked with basic necessities. The property is right on the river, so the patio has a good view. It was located quite close to the Bridgestone Arena & restaurants were close by.

Great stay. only issue we encountered was last night the unit above us was very loud and seemed to be moving furniture or rolling things across the floor well after 11pm and into the midnight hours. it was hard to fall asleep.

We have lived in Nashville 6 years after living in Silicon Valley, California. We have loved the Nashville area since coming here and believe we have found one of the most charming cities in the country to live. Our four children all live in the Nashville area too.

We were excited when we found this condo with Nashville's Urban charm and We are eager to share what Nashville has to offer with you.

What makes this property unique

These condominiums offer a beautiful view of the Cumberland River. The walk-ability of this area offers access to sightseeing, shopping and restaurants, not only in Germantown but downtown Nashville as well. In April, Nashville's brand new ballpark opened up just blocks away. After a long day of sight seeing, kickback and relax at the Riverfront pool and enjoy the spacial views of the river. Being on the first floor and directly opposite the courtyard from the pool, this condo is pleasantly and conveniently situated. Amenities include a laundry room and an exercise room. One guaranteed parking spot is provided per unit a second parking space is available on a first come first served basis.
