Enjoy the Island Life on Anna Maria Island!

The location is very quiet and private. It's a short walk to Holmes Beach, Duffy s Tavern, Hurricane Hanks, The Feast, Minnie's Beach Cafe. Also, in that same area there's a gyms, many shops, a marina and bait shop, bike, kayak, scooter, boat and SUP rentals, hardware store, beauty salon, liquor store and convenience store. Publix grocery store is 1 1/2 miles away, as is Dunkin Donuts and CVS and Walgreens. A private golf club, Key Royale is on the island and Manatee County Golf Course is 9 miles away.

Anna Maria Island offers 7 miles of serene white beaches and is close to 3 airports. Fly in to Sarasota (30 min.), Tampa (1 hour) or Orlando and Disney (2 1/2 hours).

There is a one month minimum for booking.

The maximum overnight occupancy is 4. All condo rules must be observed.

Sorry, no smoking, no pets and no trucks or RV's allowed to park on the property overnight. One assigned carport parking spot plus one guest parking spot is available. Condo is on the 2nd floor which is the top floor, no elevator.

Please remember you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property

Perfect Winter Retreat

Wonderful location! Property was accurately described in photos. New kitchen appliances, complete with slow cooker, coffeemaker, electric & hand can opener, blender, toaster oven, panni maker, multiple sized pots, pans, lids, baking dishes, food storage containers, and utensils. Heated pool, kayak launch beach, laundry facilities (bring quarters), and close to many island amenities. Bikes can be rented at Beach Bums for pick up or drop off. Tom was attentive to any of our questions or concerns. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!!!

Convenient Location

The property was in a nice area with a heated pool & about 6 blocks from the beach. Tom, the owner was Exceptional. Very safe area. We had a WONDERFUL time. Thank you!!

Paradise in Holmes Beach

From start to finish, our stay was perfect. The property and location were as described and fabulous. Beautiful swimming pool, very kind neighbors and plenty to do right on the property. Great WiFi provided by Tom. Quick answer to any questions that came up as well. The condo was sparkling clean!
