Beautiful spacious unit with great view of the ocean. Host was quick to respond and communicated efficiently. It was a nice quiet spot with a pool and quick walk to beach.

The property was very nice and the condo unit was perfect for us. First, the location was great, a short distance to food and pharmacy. Secondly, we loved the layout and functionality, and very clean and comfortable. Thirdly, the ocean view was spectacular, and access to the beautiful beach was very easy. We utilized the pool very day that we were there. The unit entry door needs a bottom weather strip, and the draw-cord for left sliding door blind was off the pulley. Finally, the vanity lighting in the bathrooms was very dim. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely return.

Tv in bedroom was broken. Latch on patio door wouldn’t lock. Bathroom lights very dim. Condo needs better linens and updated bedroom furniture. Great view of the gulf, heated clean pool and short walk to beach. Parking was adequate and guest parking was a bonus.

My husband and I along with my brother and his wife stayed for a beautiful week in this property. We were very pleased with all of the amenities and the rental process. There were tons of beach towels, beach chairs, and a lovely patio set out on the deck with the most beautiful view of the pool and the Gulf. The lighting in both bathrooms, however, was a bit dim. We would love to suggest a mirror out in the living space due to the wonderful light or perhaps a light up make up mirror that attaches to the wall in the bathrooms. The location of the property was ideal and very conveniently located using the trolley to so many different adventures.

Fantastic property!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The condo is just as it is pictured, was very clean, quiet, and in a perfect location on AMI. We had the pool and beach almost entirely to ourselves and we went during spring break. I am very picky about finding the perfect property for my family vacations, and this rental was excellent!

Love AMI

We enjoy Anna Maria Island for its less commercial nature and no high rises. The beaches are lovely. The condo is comfortable and in a good location on the island.

Love the view

We lived on the lanai watching the gulf. The condo was updated. Location was great - convenient to grocery, drugstore and restaurants. Beach is lovely and so very clean.
